I found this product to be pretty average, but for the price I really shouldn't complain, I think I picked it up for like $2 off iHerb or something.
I found the formula to be quite thin so it wasn't really tacky enough. I believe it comes in few different colors, but I don't think that would make any difference.
I didn't feel like this made any of my eyeshadows "pop" and definitely didn't help with the staying power.
I was given this product for a secret santa a while back and have used it quite a lot over a long period of time. The only other eye lid primer I have used was one by benefit which was more like a concealer and primer in one.
One of the things i really liked about this product is the tube and applicator, it makes applying to the eye lid really easy. I also liked the slightly pearly sheen it left on my eye lids.
I was a bit disappointed in the lack of staying power it provided for my eyeshadow. However, it extended the wear longer than I would have gotten without it, but didn't prevent creasing. Maybe I'm being fussy as my last primer did prevent creasing.
It is also slightly thicker and gluggier so it made blending a bit harder, although, if you spread it around with your finger tip to thin it out it seems to be easier.
Overall it's a reasonably good product for the price, and if anything, it provides a really nice pearlescent base for your eyeshadow.
Tips: don't apply too much with the wand, then smooth it across your eye lid with your finger tip. Wait a minute before applying your eyeshadow as it makes blending a lot easier.
