Is a nice silver shaped pencil with two ends. One end with a great wee brush that works very well and the other end the eyebrow pencil that has a lid the same colour as the pencill colour.
The pencil is triangular/slanted in shape and that makes it so easy to create beautiful lines. Really impressed with the design and loved this pencil for that. It's a good sized pencil that is very easy to hold. The formula feels super smooth and creamy to apply and was easy to remove if went a little of track. It is a mechanical pencil which I much prefer over a pencil that requires sharpening.
The brush does a good job and if you use it after using the pencil it blends your brows really well and makes them look very natural.
My only complaint is that the colour was extremely orange and not natural looking at all on me. I thought brunette would be just right for me but it was definitely more orange than brown.
Brow pencils abound today. I have tried an eye-raising amount of these- pencils, twist-up pencils, pomades, felt tip, temporary tattoo style, powders- and the best ones have been soft, creamy, and retractable pencils like this L'Oreal Paris Brow Artist Xpert in 108 Warm Brunette.
The triangular tip is both precise and chunky in one- you can sharpen your arches but also glide over brow for fullness and colour.
The gray and brown plastic casing is sleek and serious, and features a decent length spoolie at the end (about 3mm length bristles).
As a medium brunette, I found this long-lasting shade to be redder than I would usually use but this gave my brows some warmth, and I like this.
There is no apparent smell to this affordable ($22.99 rrp) product and I doubt that this would alter much over time, due to lid. It did not irritate my skin at all.
There is about 3cm of pencil and this could last me about a year, as only a small amount is needed for each application.
Tips: lean the pencil slightly to achieve sharper definition and use a light hand when filling in brows.
