I really enjoy popping some of this in the bath when I'm experiencing body aches. It has a pleasant smell and makes my body feel relaxed. It is gentle on my skin and doesn't irritate it.

I bought this bath soak ages ago from Countdown and have recently been using it in the bath.
I love the colour of the product, which you can see through the plastic bottle, and that it is easy to open and use. I think the colour is the most attractive part of the product.
The product is thick and blue and doesn't colour the bath water. I was expecting and hoping for a gorgeous scent. There is a nice scent but it isn't very strong and doesn't stay on the skin after drying. It does soften the water a little, but not more than any other bath product.
The tension hasn't soaked out of my body any more than it does with any other bath product, or with just the heat of the water.
For around $7 (I bought it on special but can't recall how mush I paid), it's ok. It doesn't come near other similar products for the same price that I've tried though, so I probably won't purchase it again.
I've recently injured my back and have been having extra hot showers and baths to help loosen up the muscles. The Radox Muscle Bath Soak was super lovely to use! But the most incredible thing about it was the BUBBLES! Wow. I have NEVER used a product that made so many long-lasting bubbles before. There was no fading-after-ten-minutes. These were the type of massive, indestructible bubbles you only ever see in cartoons. Like half a meter high and still sitting in the tub the next morning. The product smelled amazing, and gave the best bathing experience. Definitely recommend.
The only negative I can possibly think of is that Radox's parent company tests on animals, which sucks. Also for such an amazing product the packaging could definitely be a bit more glam and fancy to reflect the extraordinary quality of the bath soak. Otherwise 10/10.
My hubby brought this home from work for me after a long day at home with the kids while I was sick. I'd had a horrendous cold and hadn't stopped coughing in a week, so helllloooo sore muscles from all the hacking and spluttering. While he wrangled the kids to bed, I lit a candle, grabbed some chocolate, ran the bath, tipped in the soak and....
Immediately regretted my decision. It smells like toilet duck! Not the best thing to entice me to the bath sorry. But my aching muscles won over, and I climbed in. While I never got used to the smell (and I had to shower afterwards because it was unbearable to me), it did stop my muscles aching and it was, eventually once my nostrils had acclimatised, a relaxing bath.
I definitely won't be using it regularly as a way to unwind and relax, but if I sprain a muscle, or have another coughing fit, I might be able to hold my breath long enough to brave it again.
Tips: Use in a well-ventilated room unless you want to feel like you're huffing toilet duck while soaking in the tub.
Okay so there is one called Bliss or similar, but in all honesty the radox ones all smell divine. Love the bubbles that this provides which also helps with the ambiance of a muscle soak. The fragrance of this one is also quite calming and helps to ease muscle tension. Love this product and buy frequently.
This stuff is so amazing, so relaxing and smells really nice too :). Love using this after being on my feet all day or even if its just a cold rainy day :). Definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.
I really LOVE my radox muscle soak!! Every since falling pregnant with my first (4 years ago) iv suffered from sore hips. Gosh this makes me feal so old admiting to this haha. But while being pregnant I would have a relaxing bubble bath with my favourite muscle soak atleast 2 times per week, oh it would work wonders on my hips and full body aches from carrying that extra weight around.
Even now after having 2 kids, carrying them around all the time my poor body gets a bit of a hammering from carting the kids around.
Anyway back to the muscle soak. The smell is soooo good!! I love how the sent fills the whole bathroom and makes it smell yummy and relaxing, and the smell lasts a really long time too. Once getting out of the bath you can still smell it on your skin which makes you feel relxed even when your not in the bath anymore. The bubbles last a really long time and fill the whole bath. Kind of like your smothered in clouds.
Id recommend this to everyone that gets sore muscles or even if you just want some yummy relaxing bubble bath this is definatly what you need in your life
Lock the bathroom door and light your favourite candle and grab a glass of wine, or whatever you like and soak your worries away. This is bliss in a bottle and you deserve it. The lovely fragrance and gorgeous bubbles help you relax. It just seems to soothe your aches and pains away.
My ultimate Friday night indulgence is a hot bubble bath with Radox Muscle Soothe. The wonderful scent of Juniper and Thyme immediately fill the air after a capful of this liquid is poured under hot running water.
The bubbles are frothy and long-lasting (especially if a body wash is used and not regular soap) and once I've eased myself into the comforting cocoon of warm water and bubbles, I like to lie back with a face mask on and just let any stress melt away.
Radox Stress Relief with Rosemary & Eucalyptus (turquoise colour) and Radox Moisture Soak with Calendula & Rose Essence were two of my favourites, but I can't seem to find these in New Zealand.
Tips: If you have really sore or stiff muscles, add a cup of Epsom Salts to your bath water with the Radox. Epsom Salts help to ease aches and pains, but make sure you drink a full glass of water before your bath and another one after your bath, as the salts help your body to detox and you need to flush these toxins out your system. Drinking a glass of water before a hot or warm bath is always a good idea, as it helps to keep you hydrated and also lowers your blood pressure.
I picked this up for my partner who has a lot of muscle problems. I love taking baths it’s one of my favourite things to do . I picked mine up in my grocery shop . That’s where I sneak in my products lol
Packaging comes in a slender bottle. Labelling is eye catching . Consistency is liquid scent reminds me of sea marine vibe. Runs well into a hot bath fills up with bubbles fast.
Afterwards my body feels relaxed and I feel clean. I think it’s fairly priced. One bottle wouldn’t last long with regular use.
