I really loved this product. Its quite good but the colour didn't fit me. But I loved how it felt on my skin it was good for my oily skin I will buy if I could find a colour that's for me but even still the light and dark colours are good for contour

I decided to buy this foundation as I wanted one that has a better coverage than my other foundations I have. I bought it in the shade Buff, it's a little bit too light but a pretty good match as I can just wear a bit of bronzer over the top. The formula is quite thin which I wasn't expecting for a good coverage foundation, but when I applied it, it blended really well and is so light weight which feels really nice on my face. I can keep applying small amounts and build the coverage up and it doesn't look thick and cakey at all. It sets quite matte with no shine to it. I like how they have a pump on it now, it was quite hard not to waste product years ago when i purchased it they didn't have pumps. I don't think it would last up 24 hours on me like it says but I found it did last for a decent amount of time and setting with a powder did help alot too.
Love this as a back-up/everyday foundation, and works well on my oily skin. Easily accessible at the shops and on the lower end (I tend to stock up when overseas and it's cheap for foundation).
The bottle is easy to hold, though the lid comes off easily, so need to be careful not to hold it by the top. Love the pump and wish more foundations used this as you can get good control on the amount of the product to dispense.
While it's thin consistency and medium coverage, I find it feels heavy on the skin, so I mix with my moisturiser to lighten that up a bit.
Good range of colours and easy to match to your skin tone. It does take some scrubbing to wash off!
Didn't like it at all didn't stay on was patchy needed more colour range. Only good thing was the sizes of the bottles
I needed a cheaper foundation as couldn't justify buying the high end ones after a few too many fails. I was pleasantly surprised as this foundation works perfectly with my skin. The colour matched, it sits really nicely and I didn't suffer from breakouts like I did with the previous brand I had been using. It was especially affordable as I got it at farmer's when they had 30% off so I was even happier at that.
Tips: I use a damp beauty blender to apply for that flawless finish
As a person that has always struggled with oily skin, Revlon Colorstay has become an essential in my daily make up routine. It goes on smoothly with a beauty blender, has good coverage but not too cakey. It doesn't shift around my face like most other foundations do, however I found it transfers pretty easily on to collars or your boyfriends brand new white t-shirt!!
Tips: Moisturize and prime before applying! Set with translucent powder
I actually really love this foundation! I've gone through two bottles and will definitely go back for more.. it goes on smoothly and stays all day! I've used both the combination/oily and also the dry skin foundations.. and they are both really good! The only thing I am kind of annoyed about was that the colour variations.. there wasn't very many colour options to begin with, and when I went back to get the same colour (but in the combination/oily kind) it was a lot darker than the one I was using previously (dry)... so all I would say is to make sure you try before you buy! Other than that... this foundation is definitely one of my favourites!!
Tips: Always try before you buy!!
I found this last year in the local chemist. I asked the retail assistant for her advice on a good coverage foundation for combination skin. I wanted something light weight but still able to hide all my imperfections whilst still looking natural. After noting all my desires she quickly pointed me in the direction of Revlon Colour-Stay. She gave me a small pot of three colours to use so I could find the perfect or closest match. I ended up going with medium beige. After trying them all I found that I have been using a shade or two lighter in every foundation which is why people comment that I look pale. Ah-ha moment!
The price at first made me hold my breath when I swiped my card but it was what I had to do to get my much needed foundation. The bottle is a little less pretty than I am used to with my foundations. But as they say you can't judge a book by its cover. It's what is on the inside that counts. It is cylindrical and simple yet chic.
The foundation itself is very smooth and creamy. It comes out of the pump bottle very easily, with no clogging. I use a brush to apply to my face in dabs then use my beauty blender to give it a flawless look and no streaks.
The foundation blends almost effortlessly. I find that I use far less product than most other foundations because a small bit goes along way. Especially when using a blender. The coverage is exactly as promised. It is medium to full which is what I was after. The best part is it feels as though I have no makeup on, it's just that lightweight.
The true test will be if it lasts a full day in summer when I am walking around and sweating alot. I am pleasantly surprised by just how longwearing this foundation is. Although it has some wear, especially on my cheeks and forehead; it is for the most part in tact. I am impressed. Who knew a brand like Revlon could outlast other higher end brands like this and give better coverage to boot. The combination type foundation is perfect for my dry and oily patches skin. It doesn't make me look like an oil slick but still gives me a glow so my dry parts don't stick out. Gimmie moooore!
Tips: Use a primer to give it a flawless base
I really loved this Foundation as it has very good coverage. I myself have combination to Oily Skin and i have noticed that this foundation has been separating lately and becomes very dewy on hot days when you sweat more.
Tips: Using a powder over top to ensure you get that Matte finish.
I have now used a whole bottle of this product and absolutely love it! It gives me a near flawless coverage and lasts me a good day at work. I use this product on my clients as it really evens out their skin tone and gives a good amount of coverage
