NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

So I am a "roll on" kinda girl...i have tried other deoderants and always end up coming back to the roll on as i found it worked better..then I received this sample spray and actually good/bad timing, my son ended up in hospital for thd past few days so i thought id trial it there...in the childrens ward it is so hot all thd time and i am concious of being smelly so perfect place to trial -esp it being a very emotionally stressful time for me. Well it was a blessing in disguise, awesome product and i cant rate it better. When i originally sprayed after my shower another lady commented how non offensive it was and it didnt overpower my perfume. Loved the product, definately will purchase it again and reccommend to others.

Now I have to be honest when I start sweating it ain't a pretty sight, nor a pleasant one for the noise! So I have a keen interest in anti-antiperspirant, it has to do a good job! When it claimed to give you 48 hour protection I was skeptical to say the least.....however I am now a believer!

I literally can go 48 hours without putting on deodorant. Now if I have a bit of a workout I do freshen it up....let's not expect a miracle here folks but on an average day I can just 'spray and walk away'.

The scent...now at first I wasn't keen, thought it smelt a bit like baby powder but now when I smell it, it's ok...just ok, clean smelling.

I'm looking forward to trying on the roll on version of this product!

As a stressed person, sweating is a real problem for me. To be asked to trial this awesome product was great. I was a little suspicious if it truly worked for the full amount of time described. So did my own mini-experiment and Nivea passed with flying colours. Talking of colours, how great it is not to have your deodorant all over your dark clothing. Another point that impressed me was the fact there was no stinging when being applied. This is another Nivea product that will be going in my grocery trolley as it is everything I need and more. This deodorant does exactly what it is supposed to do, and was suprised that it was not at all irritating - I used this straight after shaving my armpits. As far as deodorants go, it is pretty good and smells really nice! As for personal preference, I find that I go through the aerosol version of deodorants very quickly, and so always use roll on instead.

I found the deodorant pleasant to use however was disappointed that it didn't work as well as some others I have used. When I was rushing around doing the Walking School Bus with the kids it didn't seem to kick in and I felt that I had wet underarms. I did a comparison test between another Nivea deodorant I had that wasn't Stress Protect and they both performed to the same level. As a normal deodorant, it worked okay but I was disappointed that it didn't provide the additional oopmh that I was expecting.

Found it very effective as far as dryness but the scent was slightly overpowering do wonder why it has to last 48 hours ? Tested this by getting up on Sunday and heading out to the market before a shower certainly continued to keep me dry

I didn't feel it lived up to it's description. Over the past week we have had so pretty hot weather in Auckland and it lasted for about 2 hours, so I was reapplying several times a day. The rate at which I sweat is quiet average so I would hate to think what it would like for someone who sweats a lot. On a good note it smells nice. Did it protect better than any other deodorant - No. Please note my job is not overly physical but can be a little stressful.
