NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

I loved the design of this product. It has a refreshing scent that's not too over-powering unlike some of it's counterparts. However, I wasn't entirely satisfied with it's claim of 48 hour protection, finding it lacking after about six hours.

It did what it says it does, I couldn't check if it does work for 48 hours because I swim and shower. I liked how it didn't leave the white marks and didn't stain clothes. I put it to its true test and put it on before a cross fit class and was pleasantly surprised. My whole body was sweating but that one area. I usually opt for an aluminium-free or natural deoderant. This product is neither. When I sprayed it on it made me a bit short of breath because of its potency. It doesn't have an overbearing smell when its on, its just the smell when you initially apply it which then goes away.

I am a naturally stressed out over organised person. I was so excited to test this product because I do get worked up when I get stressed but I never realised that it was a different kind of perspiration to the normal gym perspiration. I used this product as I was planning my trip to Aussie as well as rushing around for last minute things that I needed... on the day that I didn't use the product, I was flustered, sticky, uncomfortable about half an hour into the shop. the next day I used this product thinking it can't really do that much but I was surprised at the difference it made. I was still flustered but I didn't feel the same stickiness as before. There were signs of white marks but that seemed to only happen when spraying from a too close of distance. To avoid that, ensure you spray at the recommended distance away from your skin. There is a light scent to the product which is nice and natural. I also have sensitive skin and this product did not irritate me at all like some other brands do. All in all, I would definitely use this again as it makes me stay fresh throughout the day and that's one thing every girl needs!

I was really excited to try this product as I run or go to the gym four times a week and am always on the look out for a good deoderent!!

I'm quite a heavy sweater when exercising, I found this deoderent definitely minimised my underarm sweat and kept any nasty B.O smell away.

I really want to buy and use this deoderent regularly but I hated the smell of the actual deoderent and found the spray quite fumey.

I'm undecided if ill use it again for this reason

I made sure I put this to the test through the week. I work in advertising in a very high stress company so I was curious to see how this would stick up. In fact it was perfect timing. The night it arrived the next morning I woke up late caused a huge panic and threw this on and then bolted out the door. After this it was non stop with client meetings, phone calls and a break up to boot! Its a good deodorant in the sense that I smelt fine and dandy. As a spray it isn't to scent heavy like some can be. I'm not really a spray kind of girl as a lot of the time I find it rather overpowers everything else. But this one was fine. The big test, however, was did it stand up to all the outside stress factors? Well it certainly kept me dry and smelling nice but any of my other deodorants do the same thing on a daily basis. I would probably pick this up again as it was nice and light and did the trick but not because of the added benefit of "stress protect"

I wasn't at ny stage when I used the product, but I did like the nice soft scent. It didn't have that strong aerosol smell that some deodorants have.

I used this deodorant for several days including a day where I was at a very hot outdoor festival! It was great. No bad smells and I like the aerosol form. However, I noticed after a minute or so of putting it on that it clumped into white bits so I had to let it dry for ages. I tried a bit less deodorant the next day but still had this problem. It was not a problem when I was wearing tshirts but I wouldn't want to be wearing a singlet!

I am always on the lookout for a deodorant that lives up to its claims. While I am skeptical that this deodorant can deliver 48hours of protection, it does last a full (stressful) working day which is more than I even expected from an aerosol product. It sprays on nice and light, with a very fresh scent, and I have found you do not need much. The packaging is simple and the mini version is not much bigger than a roll on - perfect for the handbag and touch ups.

I used it first thing in the morning and as a busy mum of two I need something to keep me smelling nice and also keep me dry. This product was OK. It had a nice smell to it but I didn't feel like it was giving me 100%. I began to fell sticky after a while.
