MAC Eye Kohl Review

Never in a million years would I have ever of thought that I would spend $40 (or round about) on an eyeliner pencil, it is something I honestly do not regret! I put this in my waterline and it stays there all night! Honestly, no re applying, it's there for a good 5 hours minimum.

I love this eyeliner! And I really don't mind spending the little bit more on this product. It really does glide on easily and lasts all day ( or night). The finish is amazing. It's long lasting too which is always good - I used it for myself and my bridal party on my wedding day and it lasted most of the day and night with no smudging.

I use the 'fascinating' colour (white) on my waterline to make my eyes pop! Works better than any white liner I have used before and stays really well. I use the black on my eye line and it works well but I do prefer a gel. Great strong colours though.

This eye pencil is amaze! its so soft and glides on so easily but leaves behind such a sharp, precise line! I love using it to smudge into the crease of my eyes for a real smokey look. Stays on really well and comes in beautiful colours.

Lately I was asked by my friends which LIQUID eyeliner I use, but I simply said to them, "I use MAC Eye Kohl - an eye pencil." Needless to say, my friends were amazed. This eye pencil glides on with ease, stays on the whole day and is as precise as liquid liner. I literally can't leave the house without knowing it's in my handbag! ESSENTIAL!

I really like this eyeliner. It is the blackest black you can find and is very creamy and goes on so smooth! I like to use this eyeliner in my waterline when doing a smokey eye look. The only thing I personally dislike about this eyeliner is that when I get hot or its hot outside my eyeliner tends to run and get stuck all under my lower lashes. Other wise it is my most favorite eyeliner and cannot live without it!

I use quite a few MAC products, so I naturally thought of getting an eye pencil from them... but I just cant use it. The pencil is sooooo soft, it smudges too easily, and any little bit of heat has the liner creasing all over my eyelid giving me an 'awesome' half moon look. I tried keeping the pencil in the fridge before using it, which helped it from being soft going on... but it still smudged. And I'm not saying after a full day, it smudged literally minutes later. So disappointed!

Such a great product. So easy to use, glides on super soft with great colour pay-off. Can be built up, or blended out with a brush to create the perfect smokey eye, and when you layer an eyeshadow over the top of these, the pigments really shine. 'Smoulder' (black) in particular is perfect for lining in the inner rim of the eye to give definition. I find it easy enough to remove with an eye makeup remover. Such a huge selection of colours to choose from - you can't just own one of these!

I love these pencils! My favourite is Costa Riche it is a beautiful warm brown colour. I love this shade with a warm smokey eye. They are very creamy and pigmented
