Soft hands

I really love this. I discovered it when I was browsing duty free one day and have been using it ever since. It leaves hands soft and smooth and lasts for ages.

Tips: Comes in small tubes but its OK to use sparingly, still works a treat.

This one won't let me move on.

I own 7 different hand creams and 4 of them are L'Occitane's. I first received L'Occitane's Cherry Blossom 20ml as a gift 6 years ago and ever since - I bought all of their limited & permanent handcreams. I love the unique texture and amazing floral scents they have- it's thick but it's never sticky or greasy. It absorbs in very quickly leaving your hands soft and moisturised. Just right for your hands.

Pricey but worth it!

I was really skeptical about this hand cream as it is very pricey and I have heard mixed things about it. I went into my local L'Occitane and tried the tester then went for a wander around the mall for a couple of hours by the time I was ready to leave my hands still felt great after I had washed them a couple of times tried on shoes etc etc so I went back to get a tube. It is quite concentrated so you don't need much. It smells great, its nice that its not too over-powering which I really like especially with the job I do, my hands are close to peoples face a lot and you don't want the scent to be too offensive. I use this as an over night cuticle cream also and it works great. My partner is a laborer so his hands get a hard time and it is the only cream he has tried that works. Even buy a small tube to give it a go, once you've tried its a must have!

Long Lasting Moisturising Hand Cream

My impressions of this hand cream were that it was luxurious, high quality and expensive.

The hand cream is very moisturising and long lasting in its moisture giving. A lot of hand creams I've encountered don't give a long lasting mositurising feel and need to be reapplied regularly. This one lasts which is good considering the price difference.

The price would be the thing I struggled most with for this hand cream. As a gift it is a wonderful hand cream, but I don't know if I could always justify buying it for myself.

The tube was also interesting. I'm really not a fan of these no frills tubes, I like something more elegant looking and I think L'Occitane could have done a lot more presentation wise.

So all in all a beautiful hand cream.

A real treat

I have a little one of these that came in a package that my grandmother gave me. She swears by L'Occitane, and what granny says granny knows! Smells divine and leaves my working hands feeling nourished.

Tips: A little goes a long way.

Pricey but magical

This is, without a doubt, my favourite hand cream of all time. If I could afford the hefty price, I would have backups and work, in the car and in my bag.

Even after a single application, this hand cream left my hands feeling velvety soft. I worked as a tradie for a year, and my hands got dry and rough but using this when I got home, made my hands soft and hydrated. It doesn't leave my hands feeling wet like some other hand creams. It absorbs quickly, smells great, and lasts well.

If the price range isn't feasible for you, I'd recommend trying out one of the small 10ml sample size creams, so you can still get a taste of the luxury!

Tips: Use sparingly - a little goes a long way

Splurge

I fly lots, so you can really tell when a hand cream goes the distance. This one is up there amongst my favourites! A little goes a long way, the scent can be a bit overpowering, but that’s pretty common with this brand, and not a biggie if you’re not overly sensitive to fragrance. On the pricier side, but life’s too short to use watery and ineffective hand creams!

Happy hands!

I received this in a gift basket when I finished my job before going on maternity leave. I don't think I've ever tried this brand before so I was keen to try it out.

I was working with chemicals so my hands were definitely worse for wear and I always need a decent hand cream. It has a pleasant scent which isn't too overpowering and a little bit definitely goes a long way.

It absorbs brilliantly and doesn't leave your hands feeling greasy or sticky at all. It made my hands feel soft and nourished.....I also used it on my feet and it is great for dry heels. The tube lasts ages and it is a great quality hand cream however I probably wouldn't purchase it for myself as there are much cheaper products that are just as good.

L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream: Luxury

I am completely in love with this hand cream. I always keep a small tube in my hand bag so it's there whenever I need it.

It is the richest and most divine smelling hand cream I have ever used. Definitely one of my top beauty products!

L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream

By far my favourite hand cream. I am not 100% sure how I came by this hand cream. I think someone gifted it to my mum awhile ago but she never used it, she didn't want it. I found it lying around so I decided to use it as it was just sitting there not being used which is such a waste. I had never heard of this brand before and I didn't really know much about this hand cream. Like some other BR members have said, I find this hand cream really rich which is amazing- my hands have always been really dry and I wash them really often due to working with food and also being a nursing student. It is really moisturizing, it leaves your hands feeling replenished, smooth and silky. The smell of this hand cream is amazing, it smells so scrumptious. I love that the hand cream has 20% shea butter, honey, almond extract and also vitamin E- all great for your skin. I also love that it doesn't leave your hands feeling greasy afterwards and that it absorbs quite quickly. I have kept this tube of hand cream claiming it as my own. I did a bit of researching on to find out where I can buy more and the price. I was shocked at first when I saw the price- it is quite expensive but when you think about it you get a lot for the price. It is definitely worth it. A little of this hand cream goes along way and it lasts a long time. When you think about it like this, you realise that it isn't actually expensive. I will definitely use this hand cream again and I would definitely recommend it to anyone :)

Tips: Apply it everyday. A little goes a long way.
