Dove Go Fresh Aerosol Cucumber & Green Tea Review

I bought this aerosol deodorant for $5.00 on special at Countodwn.

I like the bottle – it is an aerosol spray in a white bottle with a light green lid, Dove branding, and a picture of a cucumber slice and a green tea leaf- very fresh and pure looking.

The spray top is also green, wide and easy to press and spray. The spray gives a strong burst of product, that is powdery and dries quickly.

It has a very pleasant fresh, fruity, fragrance, which I really like.

I find it lasts all day and doesn’t stain my clothing, although I noticed as it got near the end of the bottle, the powder was quite thick and flaking onto the floor as I was spraying, so a caution - make sure it's all off before you put your shirt on.

I usually buy roll-ons because I don’t like gassy sprays and I use a lot of antiperspirants/deodorants so often go for roll-ons because they’re cheaper, but I like this one enough that I will definitely repurchase in the future.

I found this Dove product at the supermarket which is always good as it is convenient especially if you like it. I used it after my morning shower and the fragrance is gorgeous and fresh. There was a bit of a powdery residue under my arms which unfortunately came off on my black work top. It did brush off easily. I tried this in the winter which is a better time for me as I can be a real test for deodorants in the summer. I found this very effective for me as it kept me fresh and dry for the day. I might get different results in the summer but for a winter deodorant I am happy with this one.

I really like this product. It is clean and fresh smelling, not the sickly sweet many deodorants favour. It does the job in controlling sweat and BO.

My one concern with it is the brand. Dove a) tests on animals and b) preys on women's insecurities for advertising (if we tell you that you don't have a good body image you'll agree you need our product because we told you we are ok with your body). But if you don't overthink your products like I do, you'll find this a solid product. ;)

So lovely and fresh, I adore the scent and the can is a great size. The only issue I have is that if you don't give the can a good shake before spraying, it will end up coming out very powdery and making a bit of a mess (careful when wearing dark clothing!)

The aerosol smells amazing; it combines freshness with a bit of sweetness to create the perfect deodorant fragrance. It is not overpowering or overly feminine at all! However, if not careful, it creates white marks on clothing that is hard to remove. To avoid this make sure to spray the aerosol far enough away from your body.

This deodorant smells beautiful and definitely lasts all day, only issue I had with it as occasionally it is quite powdery and flakes off.

I love this scent SO much! Personally I use the roll-on as well as this spray & at times when I just need some refreshment I just spray this onto myself. When spraying it on you just need to be careful because it is white and can leave a mark on clothing.

I saw this Dove aerosol at the supermarket and thought it was time for me to try something new. It stood out in it's modern and sleek packaging- long and white, with a lime-green lid. Cute and funky packaging, that just catches your eye!

Another aspect that drew me too this was the scent- green tea and cucumber. It sounded so refreshing and nice for a deodorant. I'm alnways drawn to products, like aerosol deodorants and roll ons which have an interesting and yummy-sounding scent.

After a shower I then use this by spraying over my body. The smell is so nice and fresh. It's quite strong initially, but the scent doesn't last and just leaves you feeling fresh.

I find that by using this at the start of the day it really keeps me fresh, all day long like it states . It keeps me smelling nice! Running round after a two year old I get lots of exercise and I still feel fresh at the end of the day.

It's always so handy that my supermarket stocks Dove roll ons and aerosols, so its handy to just be able to pick this up with my supermarket shopping.

I'm usually more of a roll on girl, but I'm really impressed with this and will continue to buy it. It's perfect to just pop in your bag. It's going to become a staple on my shopping list from now on.

Dove antiperspirant is one of the few I feel confident reaching for when I'm in need of a new one. Cucumber and Green Tea has a slight colour twist on the original Dove packaging, with domed green lid. I always find the Dove aerosols to have quite secure packaging so the lid doesn't pop off when it's in my bag, where I normally leave one for on-the-go freshening up. I love the scent of this version, the green tea and cucumber fragrance is fresh and a bit stronger than some antiperspirants but it the sent still fades quite quickly so won't clash with your perfume. Another bonus is that when I apply it, I never get the gagging effect some aerosols create.

In terms of it's performance I didn't find it strong enough personally to last a full 24 hours. I put it on before work and reapply in the evenings, so it's good for protection that lasts throughout the workday without fear of body odour but I do still experience dampness while wearing it. Dove is still one of the better aerosols and I would repurchase.

Dove is well known for their body care products. They have body lotions through to shower care items. I've tried most of their deodorants and lotions. I like Doves signature smell. I like how they have created new scents .I particularly love this green tea range.

These aerosol bottles are really simple and easy to use. I normally spray myself about two to three times on my body. This deodorant lasts me all day long. I love this fresh Green tea scent. I like to shop around for my deodorant. It's really affordable to buy.I'll either buy it from my local super market or I'll get it from a chain store. Overall it's a really good product to use.
