I wanted to love this. I really did. I'm about to part with my long-term-foundation (L'oreal Infallible) as it's not being sold much anymore, and I was desperate to find a new long term partner. Verdict: it just does not like me. At all. I've tried it with 2x different primers, matte powder or normal powder and with my go to Revolution Sport Fix setting spray and the outcome has consistently been a flaky forehead within 10 mins, and transferring like nothing else - NOT good when I'm at a dance event and leaving a white face on all my partners cheeks!
I'll try with no primer, or applying with a brush rather than a beauty blender but I'm about to give up on this one and toss it in the bin. Have no idea how other people have managed to make it stay.
I picked up my bottle of this foundation from the warehouse . I got it roughly for about $35 . For a drugstore brand I think it could be priced at a cheaper rate .
Packaging they’ve kept the square shaped bottle only difference is that they’ve added a pump on it. The shade I purchased was Golden. Golden is a perfect shade for my skin tone. It seems to be quite runny in consistency . Builds up nicely .
After an hour or so I notice that it seems to fade out. Next day I tried a primer and setting spray to try and hold it in place still faded out . My skin type is normal .
Overall I was hoping for a good result but unfortunately this didn’t meet my expectations. I think it should be marked at a $10-15 bracket rather than thirty dollar price tag. It’s definitely a nah bro , won’t buy again product. Test before you buy.
