Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner Review

I have used this product for years and it never fails me! Its so easy to use, highly pigmented and last all day and night.. Won't come off until you actually clean it off. Glides on smoothly. It's really reasonably priced too. I even use it in my water line and it doesn't fade or wear off. If you're after a long lasting liquid eyeliner, this one is great!!

This claims to last all day... It doesn't on me. I bought this at a recent makeup sale as I'm looking for a liquid eyeliner that doesn't crack, fade or smudge off all day. Because I generally like Revlon I thought this would be a good deal.

The liner 'brush' is one of those ones that is a felt tip pen but you have to dip back into the pot to pick up more product. I'm not crazy about this as I prefer an actual brush but I do find it easy to use. The applicator does make a really nice thin line and is easy to control so I think this would be good for beginners.

The pigmentation is really lovely and black, which I immediately loved. However the staying power (on me at least), sucks. After a few hours I find that this starts to fade quite drastically. It does stay out and won't smudge when dry, but I don't like that it fades so much.

As this is fairly new to me and I do like the applicator, I will finish the tube out but to make this last longer I've been applying gel eyeliner over the top. This is a little annoying as I want a liquid liner that eliminates this process, but I find that if I do this then my liner doesn't fade out.

Unless you get this on sale and don't mind applying another liner over the top, I'd give this a miss. In my opinion the Jordana liner is much better in terms of lasting power and price. I really don't think this is worth the price and even though I only paid $11 for it I still don't feel it was money well spent.

I purchased my first Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner from the Big Bucket Sale last year for $10.00 and this little bottle lasted me 4 months on a regular use.

This eyeliner is amazing and it is one of my favourites. It last all day just like any other Revlon ColorStay products and its is highly pigmented! Love that it's very black but not harsh and applies smoothly. I have oily face and these liquid eyeliner doesn't smudge, it dries within seconds after applying.

I enjoy using this eyeliner and would re-purchase if I come across it but it's not a must-have!

I have had my eyeliner for nearly 3years as I was not a constant user untill just resently. I love how its lasted me this long, it has never dryed up and when I apply it the stick is the right thickness to what I like. It has never smugged.

Colorstay Liquid Eyeliner is probably the best drugstore liquid eye liner so far I have used. I have use all possible eye liner formulas e.g. pencil, liquid and gel! Nothing gave such an instant gratification as this.it gives a nice matte finish which I love. I was not sure about the felt tip, however it turned out to be very easy to use and achieve a winged eyeliner look. dries very easy and last all day and night on me

I have dry skin and I find this eyeliner really grips my skin, it lasts almost the whole day, It does fade a little through out the day though.

It has a lovely black colour, its not the blackest black but it gives good coverage.

It glides on smoothly and can be easily built up, as long as you have a steady hand. It dries really quickly after application so you don't end up with the black transfer line to the lid above The tip of the pen is nicely tapered and makes for easy application.

Stays on all day doesn't smudge. Really easy to apply and doesn't flake off. Nice bold black colour! Would defiantly recommend to other people.

I bought this in dark brown as it was the best dark brown eyeliner I could find, the colour is gorgeous and chocolatey. I find it really easy to use and it dries quickly and stays on all day.

This was the first liquid eyeliner I ever bought and it has been so good, doesn't smudge or flake away or fade for me and is easy to apply. The bottle is a little annoying sometimes when removing the brush as it can flick liner everywhere, and the bottle started coming apart after a while but otherwise, I really enjoyed this eyeliner and would definitely recommend.

This was the first liquid eyeliner I had ever used, and so I was amazed by how easy it was to use this product. I have tried other products since this one, but keep coming by to Revlon!

If I put this on in the morning, it will still be there when I get home, without any touch-ups needed throughout the day, so it is a long lasting product, which I can trust to stay on my eyes

The application is really easy. Just twist the top and pull, attached to the lid is a wand that dips into the product. I often wipe the excess product on the lip of the pottle, to ensure my eyeliner is crisp, and so I can control the look and it dries quickly.

The product itself it a true black colour (I chose this shade), and I would say it is a thick but smooth consistency!

I love the product because it adds definitions to my eyes and its so easy to use. I recommend this product, even to those who think they just can’t use liquid eyeliner, because that the same attitude I had before I found this product, plus I think it’s really affordable.
