NuWoman 30 Plus Review

I didn't overly know what to expect when I started taking this supplement. I just knew that I needed to do something to help out my crazy hormones. Just when my lovely aunt flo was on her way in I suffered from wicked migraines which left me bed ridden for a few days. This wasn't good for my well-being, let alone my pay packet.

I started taking these supplements and they have made the world of difference. I am no longer suffering from hormonal headaches and migraines. I know this is the case because I stopped taking them for a few months (because I was being stingy) and was once again bed-ridden with migraine.

I 100% recommend these. The only downside is the price. They are quite expensive and sometimes it is a stretch to afford them, but with the benefits I have received I think it is well worth the cost.

As a 26 year old I feel a bit weird buying a supplement that is called 30 plus. I tell myself it is because it has 30+ 'ingredients'. But once again, it is so worth it. can't recommend these enough!

By way of a bit of background, i've just turned 28 and been on contraceptive since i was about 14 and currently on a mini-pill where fortunately i do not menstruate but still experience the normal hormonal effects that us women are subjected to!

I was having a really tough time especially recently with a busy work/home/commute life and just not able to catch a break and it lead me to start becoming incredibly irritable and moody.

I started looking at causation and cure and as a big time skeptic of supplements i didnt think these little tablets would do anything BUT in as quick as one week my life has completely 180'ed and im feeling like a different woman!

I've lost my bitter attitude, i'm not snappy and argumentative, i feel SO relaxed and just able to handle stress a lot better. I honestly feel like these tablets have almost fixed a missing link in my brain, those close to me have all noticed the changes too.

I would recommend these tablets to anyone especially those women taking contraceptive, your hormones need a chance to balance out and this stuff 100% works!

Since having a jadelle contraceptive rods implanted,I suffered from constant break through bleeding, acne and mood swings, causing me to snap at my partner and 2 year old. My doctor recommended I start using the pill along side the implant (instead of having it removed)to calm down my side affects, but I didn’t like the idea of adding more hormones. A work colleague recommended Nuwoman 30 plus, and after 2 weeks of taking the pills my mood improved and my skin even looked better. At 3 weeks the daily bleeding stopped, and although I still get occasional break through bleeding it is far more manageable than before. Definitely worth a try if you’re having the same issues on jadelle or other types of contraception.

after the birth of my kid i thought, screw this happening again (she was planned, rest assured), and went back on the pill. it had been years since i'd been on it and it really didn't take long for the ugly anger monster that lives within to rear her face again.

i asked my dr for recs and while this product never came up (a lot of stupid things did), i suggested it to her as i had also asked in the forum what people were taking to control themselves. she didn't say not to, but preferred i do other things. so i said, okay but no thanks, that's not going to fix my issue, and ordered a box to try the same day.

they arrived and i began taking them religiously. the true test was the week before the bloody baron comes to visit, and i wasn't able to gauge how i was doing until 2 or 3 cycles in. well!!!!!!!

i have gone from wanting to rip my partners face of 100% of the time, to only 20-30% of the time. he used to just look at me, he would just BREATHE and i'd rip his head off in anger. it was seriously a problem and now... nothing.

it has also toned my period down immensely, though after child birth it's actually been toned down anyway, so this pill has just made it even more manageable.

now this may be TMI but it has also increased my libido. i've gone from not needing or ever wanting "it", to actively wanting it. and to be quite honest, it's made the whole experience so much more enjoyable as well, because i'm actually into it rather than just a alright get it over with type thing.

this pill is just... fantastic. a life saver. i'm so glad i took the plunge and sought "help" from the gals in the forum. they might not have saved my life but they have certainly saved my sanity, and that's more than enough!

I would be lost without this product. During times of stress and anxiety this has kept me sane :) I would highly recommend this to anyone going through menopause.

I purchased this because I have a couple of friends who use it and recommend it and the day I walked past it in the shop I thought this may help my work life stress and my home life stress. Pleasantly surprised. TMI but i've had two periods since taking this product and it arrived unexpectedly. Usually everything hurts and i'm tearful in the week leading up to it. I didn't experience that this. I feel even tempered. I feel that i have cried on the inside less and I've been more positive in my thinking. I will continue to use this product.

For the past three weeks I have been taking these vitamins and I have to say that I am hugely surprised. I thought that vitamins usually took quite a long time to build up in your system before you had any results.

I have already overcome the dreaded one week prior to menstruation when I am usually a full blown cow and I have to say that this time it wasn't so bad this time round. I found that I was a lot more calmed and relaxed which is also very surprising at it is school holidays. I also found that the dreaded cramping that I get with my periods wasn't as bad. Which I am not sure if just lucky or a result of these tablets.

I would definitely recommend these vitamins to anyone. They have made my PMS a lot more bearable and I am happier for it.

I also found that the tablets were very easy to take. They were not huge like most other vitamins but reasonable sized round tablets. They come in a pretty pink package that is quite discreet as not to scream out that this is for PMS etc.

Started taking these in October and I have to say since december I am feeling a lot more me and a lot more energy since starting them and before. I feel like I am in control more when it comes to being overly sensitive and getting upset too. which is something that was always an issue.

It hasnt reduced my sugar cravings much but im thinking i might add sugar-stop health supplement to the mix to help that one.

i have found i seem to not feel as tired or achy each night as well.

How do you judge if you are a Nu Woman? I have been taking these pills for about four weeks. It's hard to remember to take them twice a day so I have been a little intermittent

. My sleep patterns are not good and I have still been waking at night , so no change there. I normally have good energy levels and have noticed they have been about the same or slightly better.

I was most interested in mood. There is a lot going on in my life at the moment to stress a girl out. I'm a mum to three and can get moody like anyone. I have noticed feeling calmer and more in control. Some of my family say I am the same as normal and some say I am calmer. I think they have helped to a small degree. I had been having slight temperature /hormonal changes and since I have been taking the pills, these have disappeared. So it's a cautious thumbs up from me.
