L'Oréal Ultra Rich Precious Mist Review

This would easily be in my holy grail items, Once I opened this I couldn't imagine (hair care) life without it! I had received this in the "You wont believe its hair" Best beauty box ever, a beauty box that was jam packed with many great hair products, the Ultra rich precious mist would be the number one product in that box hands down.

The bottle is a brown and gold plastic bottle, my hair is fine, thin and gets dry very easily. Its prone to damage so I've been trying to look after my hair more than I used to. The first time I used this I used too much and sprayed this at my roots, overall it was a big wet mess, a mistake I learned very quickly. Less is more. A lot of mist comes out of the bottle so apply a small amount as you go, applying it mid length and towards the ends of your hair is the best safe guard.

Done correctly (and safely) it gives my hair the ultimate shine, I cant believe how much I used to spend on hair serums and oils just to give my hair shine when this product is half the price and works very well.

I use this after I straighten or curl my hair, 2 sprays are enough for my hair, one at the middle and one at the end of my hair, I then rub it in gently and it moves the product around nicely. The shine lasts 3 days before I need to reapply, my hair is normally tangle free for that amount of time which is a huge thing for me.

I also use this in my daughters hair, she has the same hair type as me and it has made hair brushing easier and less like torture for her. She loves how her hair shines too.

I am very happy with this product, I would give it 100/10, its made my hair look and feel like silk, my daughter would also agree with how well it works.

After seeing Maree discuss the Can't believe it's hair box on the forum I made a descision to get the hair and eyes bundle box. My hair type is coloured and dry. I'm always on the search for a good hair oil.

The bottle itself is made of brown amber coloured plastic. Has the loreal labelling on it. The consistency of this is liquid. It smells lovely like musk and floral flowers.

After I have towel dried my hair I like to spray this oil through my hair. I notice it gives my hair a slightly greasy feel. But after a few minutes my hair is hydrated and feels soft to touch.

I am so glad I got this box. It actually gave me an idea of how to care for my hair. My hairs probably one of my most neglected things. Normally I hide my hair in a bun . With this I can have straight sleek beautif hair. I hope they bring another hair box out.

This is another amazing product that was in the 'you won't believe it's hair' BBBE, oh my goodness the products that go into these boxes are fabulous this product is super duper and yet another product that I will have to repurchase.

The spray comes in a gold box and inside is a dark brown see through plastic bottle with a spray top lid. I love see through bottles of anything, I can always see how much product I have left.

So my dry and damaged mane needs lots of masks, oils and treatments I love them and so does my hair.

I spray this on my towel dried hair and first thing you notice is the scent it's like a sweet woody scent it's oh so good. The first time I sprayed this my hair felt quite greasy BUT after it soaks in and your hair dries it just feels very soft and doesn't leave any kind of residue. I also spray this on dry hair and it starts off with that greasy feeling then as it dries it feels super soft and gorgeous.

My hair is more manageable with this mist and if I straighten my hair afterwards my hair looks very shiny and healthy. This is a gorgeous and affordable mist and I would happily repurchase.

This beautiful hair oil comes in a 150ml gorgeous bronze/brown plastic bottle with a pump spray nozzle.

I generally have oily hair so usually stay away from oils, however this one stated that you can use it on wet or dry hair.

I use it in my hair when it is wet. The result is beautiful, shiny easy to style hair.

It has the MOST amazing fragrance, very hard to describe, kind of sweet, floral but defenatley not over powering.

This product is sulphate free [like the shampoo and conditioner that came in the box as well] which is great.

I’ve been using a different brand of oil recently, and love it, so this oil had a lot to live up to.

It comes in a really cool bottle that reminds me of an exotic alcohol or cocktail bottle and is very classy. It has a simple pump-style top that I really like.

The product is like oil, plain and simple, and applies to the hair like any other oil. It feels greasy but when you look in a mirror it doesn’t look greasy, but does look shiny. I usually apply it before bed at night, to let it soak into my dry hair. By the morning my hair is soft and no sign of oil or grease. Some days I rub it over the top of my hair and drown the long bits of my hair in it, as it smoothes frizz and adds shine and body to the dry ends.

The smell? Divine! It almost smells a bit like a suntan oil, of the very classiest kind, and is just gorgeous.

So I looked on the back and it said it is enriched with botanical oils, but when you look at the ingredients there are no botanical oils listed (unless they’re hidden under unrecognisable names – linalool and geraniol?). It is great that it is sulphate-free –the less irritants the better. It claims to give a ‘luxurious, sensual experience’, and it does certainly do that.

If you’re a fan of hair oils, then I’d recommend giving this one a try. The scent alone is worth the experience. In fact, I’d like to buy a second BBBE hair box just to get another one!
