Absolute Favourite!

The only moisturiser I will keep coming back to, the only downside is that I find it stings my skin a little when it gets dry and sensitive, but I usually have oily skin and it feels like it helps prevent my oil from breaking through for a good few hours. I also love the fact that it has a little bit of salicylic acid in it as I suffer from acne, I feel like it does help to prevent breakouts, but is not enough to irritate the eye area when applied there.

Great for begineers

This was the first ever facial moisturiser I used. I was never into looking after my face due to never having very bad skin when I was in high school (I had very bad acne when I was ending primary school.) I decided to grab this one due to it being in a 3 piece set. I have very normal skin so this moisturiser did not react to me. I found that this absorbed into my skin quite quickly and I found that it was quite a nice, thin formula. I found that this made my skin look a lot healthier and smoother. I will definitely repurchase this facial moisturiser as this is super affordable and it does a great job at keeping your face hydrated.

Just another moisturiser

It's just another moisturiser. Nothing to really rave about but nothing to really rant about either. It works well with my skin, in the sense that I haven't reacted to it in any way. I do find that it dries really quickly so you either have to apply it all over your face and rub it in as quickly but as gently as possible, or you need to use slightly more product so it doesn't set into your skin without rubbing it in properly.

I haven't noticed a difference acne wise. I still get the odd pimples here and there but that's just inevitable anyway.

Overall, it's a good product. But I probably wouldn't repurchase it if I had to pay full price for it.

Average Mosituriser

I have used Clean and Clear in the past. My skin type was normal. The consistency of the cream is thin. Normal cream texture. Easy to apply to the skin. Has a mild fragrance. Covered my skin well. Lasted about four weeks that's applying it day and night. Used about a coin sized amount on my face daily. I think for its price range it could be less. Maybe $6 to $7 a bottle rather than ten. Packaging is cool. Brought this with the intension to moisturise my skin well. I didn't really get any noticeable results with this. Not a product I would recommend.

Great Daily Moisturiser

This moisturiser is great for normal to slightly dry skin. Its a really smooth non-oily texture that applies to the skin well and dries quickly. Not alot is needed for great coverage. I apply it once a day and it works really well in stopping the flaky skin that can appear due to make up and other daily wear and tear. Also great for slightly acne prone skin, as it is not too harsh but helps to keep the skin tone even and blemish free

Tips: I add 3 drops of rose hip oil to give it an extra moisturising boost.

Basic moisturiser

I was given this moisturiser as a gift and often used it to mix with my foundation to thin it out a bit. It worked well in that regard as it is a fairly thick cream consistency. My skin isn't too oily but it does lean towards being oilier (definitely not dry) and I find that if I use this moisturiser in the mornings my skin is less oily by days end. The bottle is good size and shape, there is nothing more annoying to me than products that come in pots which are so awkward to store, this tucks in between other products easily.

Bleh - not great

This is the first moisturiser I ever used. I used it for about a year but I would probably not use it again now. I have normal-dry skin and I would find that even though this was a very wet moisturiser, felt a little slimy and took forever to sink it, once it had sunk in, my skin dried up again. Even though this is probably just because it is for a different skin type, it kind of defeats the point in using moisturiser for me.

The bottle that I had was a squeezy bottle, which was good for hygene reasons (no germy hands in the product) but I always accidentally squeezed too much out :( I much prefer a pump bottle as it is easier to control.

I didn't notice any change in acne-controlling, but to be fair, I used this until I was 14 so my acne hadn't really started yet.

I tried this again a few months ago because my step-sister has it now and did not like it all. I'll stick to my good old Nivea, thanks :P

Clean and Clear Moisturiser

I have used this moisturiser for many years. It is a nice lightweight formula that moisturises my skin without leaving it greasy. It also soaks into my skin reasonably quickly. This product is also non comedeogenic and contains salicylic acid so keeps my acne away.

The packaging of this product is nice and small so is great when travelling and doesn't take up a lot of room. A bottle of this still lasts quite a few months.

Tips: Often on sale at the warehouse and is also available in a kit with a cleanser and toner.

My first

This was the first moisturiser that got me into using moisturisers.

I have really oily skin, and I hate putting on lotions, moisturisers, creams etc, because they all make my skin so oily and I feel like I need to wash it. Not something I want to be doing after I’ve just been washing myself. Then this comes in and changes my mind because it doesn’t feel like moisturiser at all because it is so airy and light.

I got this one in the 3 pack system it comes in for clear skin. To me it is a ‘beginner’ moisturiser suited for new teenage skin. But I still do love it and I would repurchase.

It’s very lightweight and airy. Super absorbent, and I find that I only need like half a chick pea sized amount to cover my entire face - so it will last you a long time. It has a really nice, subtle fragrance to it which i love. Not too overpowering, but not too light either.

It leaves your skin feeling really soft and helps with all the dead skins etc. But I find that it’s not very long lasting. My face is moisturised for a good hour or two before I feel like I need to reapply.

Because it is designed for acne prone skin, I find that it really does help aid in fighting acne - because of this it is really good for sensitive skin. I find that I don’t react to it, and I don’t break out from it either! Super duper!

The bottle is nice and big - in comparison to the price, and has a nice little pump where you can pump out as much as you like. I hate little pottle creams! The only thing bad about the bottle is that once it is at the end, there will be a significant amount of products stuck on the walls around the inside, and your finger will not fit through.

Potentially dangerous but I get an exato knife and cut the bottle in half when it comes to the end so that I’m not wasting it by throwing it away.

As I said, I find this to be well suited for really younger skin - as such it probably won’t have the same benefits as a normal moisturiser would have. I.e firming, hydrating etc. If you have bigger facial concerns, but with oily skin, I would recommend that you shop around and find something to suit your need.

In saying that if your teenage child is in need, this is a perfect one to use!

Wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends

My skin type can be really sensitive at times, as well as oily. So I bought this moisturiser at the supermarket hoping it would help reduce the amount of oil my face releases. Instead it sort of stung when I applied it on some places where my skin is very sensitive and it dried up really quickly which made my skin dry up really fast. I would not recommend this to any of my friends with the same skin type as me.
