This was a cheap dry shampoo to try when my Batiste had run out. It definitely isn't the best dry shampoo, or anything revolutionary. It left a chalky feel on my hair, didn't smell as nice as my Batiste and the can didn't last that long. I have dark hair so spraying it on directly then going out didn't work too well.

Tips: I found that spraying my hair the night before worked much much better with this spray. I would use it again in desperate situations!
I have very little experience with dry shampoos but I have no problems with the product. It was like putting a mousse into my hair and it smelt nice felt like a good refreshing product for oily hair. It does leave a residue though like a mousse or hair spray which washes out when you do wash your hair. Not a bad product at all great when you need a pick me up and time saver.
I don't mind this product, because you can usually get it on sale so it's quite cheap. It works, but only for a short amount of time ie. won't keep your hair looking fresh all day. Also, does tend to make your hair quite white, especially if you have dark hair.
This dry shampoo works well, but other brands I have tried have had nicer scents and a larger bottle. This one from Tresemme goes on very thick and white, and it can be hard to get the white streaks out. But it does remove greasiness, holds style well, doesn't smell offensive and washes out easily.
Tips: I find the easiest way to use it is to spray it in at the roots where the hair is greasy, let it sit for a couple of minutes (not too long or it is hard to get out) and then rub it in with my fingers before brushing or combing it out.
I really liked this product. I don't like to wash my hair everyday as my hairdresser told me it wasn't good for my hair plus sometimes I am in such a hurry its good to have one less thing to do! Unfortunately for me my hair is quite fine & sometimes when I haven't washed it it can be quite limp & a bit greasy looking (which I hate!) so thats when this product is perfect! It works really well & hardly takes any time at all.
Tips: I often just apply it to my fringe & roots then towel it out & blow dry as normal.
This was one of my first dry shampoos. I found it didn't leave any residue and freshened up my hair. My hair is more on the dry side than oily. It did it's job.
Tips: Use this to freshen between washes.
Great for long hair, I use it like mousse on roots. Only good for a day though. A slightly greasy or product in hair look if overused but at least not a shoulder of white dandruff looking fluff
Tips: Give it a good head massage into scalp
Despite the negative reviews, I gave this a go, and it appears they've changed the formula because I absolutely loved this. I purchased this in the Translucent version, the other option I saw at the supermarket was Volumising. The product comes in a simple black and neon green can, that is a decent 200ml size. The dry shampoo has quite a fresh scent, but nothing too strong. This is the first dry shampoo I've found to not leave any white residue for me to rub in. I'm always scared of spraying dry shampoo too hard and ending up with grey hair but that was no issue with this. No matter how hard I sprayed or how close to the hair, there was never any white powder. This just absorbed into my hair super quickly, without the usual greyness dry shampoo brings. This also made my hair feel clean as well. Most dry shampoos just make my hair look less oily. Not only did this make it look less oily, it felt smoother, cleaner, and easier to comb through. This didn't leave my scalp feeling itchy or dry either. I've found this to be way less hassle free than other dry shampoos. This is such a breeze to use and I find it so much better than all brands I have tried. This doesn't run out super quickly either, so you definitely get bang for your buck. This is a bit pricy for a dry shampoo but I have managed to snag it on super save twice for 5 dollars, so look out for sales. I have already purchased this twice and am in love.
I have very oily hair and bought a can of this specifically because it said it was translucent and wouldn't leave any residue.
Well, it definitely lives up to expectations ... No white marks or streaky residue lines when its used, and it refreshes hair leaving it looking and feeling cleaner for an extra day.
I have very fine hair, so I simply spray this onto my roots, and then spray a fine misting over my whole head, before using my fingertips to quickly and lightly massage the product into my scalp. All it needs after that is a quick brush and style and I'm ready to go.
The dry shampoo washes out easily at the end of the day, and doesn't leave my scalp feeling itchy like some dry shampoos do. I'll definitely be purchasing more of this, and do recommend it.
Tips: Spray from 15cm away from your scalp to get quick, even coverage and then gently massage in before brushing.
I'd heard the hype around dry shampoos and so wanted to give it a try. I have oily hair so end up washing my hair every other day, so thought maybe I might be able to use dry shampoo every second day and save myself the hassle of having to wash my hair so often. It was not the case...
I found the dry shampoo smelt funny and didn't really do anything when applied. I tried spray it in and scrunching as it says on the bottle, but that didn't work, so I tried spraying it on my hairbrush and brushing it through. That didn't work either. It says it's for Oily Hair and that it will remove oil - it just didn't.
Overall I was disappointed as I'd heard great things about dry shampoos and this really didn't live up to the hype. It didn't remove oil and if anything made it worse.
