Smashbox, with this product another holy grail product has been added to my list.
I decided to purchase this on a whim, when I was browsing the smashbox store with the intention of getting the Smashbox primer which I love.
I haven't tried many Smashbox products, so I was hoping I would be impressed by this, and I certainly am!
The packaging is in a circular container with a screwlid. On the top in simple black letters, Smashbox is written. It's simple, yet stylish.
I've only tried liquid highlighters in the past, but I have to say I definitely prefer this powder. It is so lightweight and feels lovely on the skin.
After applying foundation i apply this by sweeping a brush over my cheekbones. This just gives a lovely radiant look on my skin. Not too shimmery, just right.
This highlighter has quickly become a must for my makeup routine. I love the way it makes my skin have a little bit of shimmer - so beautiful and gives a fantastic glow to your skin.
I'm definitely keen on trying more Smashbox products in the future. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a fantastic highlighter.
I really wanted to like this product. For me, I felt like it really didn’t do much! I wouldn’t use it as a highlighter ever. It also leaves a film like layer on the face which I really don’t like. It doesn’t melt into the skin and give a beautiful glow. If you’re looking for a highlighter that will show really well and last you all day, I fear you will be disappointed here.
