I got this oil during a promo where the postage was free and BR offered free points with it. I think altogether the end cost was $10.
The product comes in a 15ml brown dropper bottle. It has nice red branding with the trilogy name on it.
The top unscrews and then the dropper is available to squeeze the product onto your skin.
It is thick yellow oil, and it has no scent. It absorbs quite nicely into my skin and leaves a healthy glow behind it.
It is a good product for my dry skin, but have to say, no better than other rosehip oils, and lack the gorgeous scent of some of them.
I recommend trying it, but think it’s pretty ordinary when compared to others.
I was lucky enough to get a 2.5ml sample off a friend of this. I was really wanting to try this anyway after seeing the amazing reviews here on BR and elsewhere on the internet. I had also been looking for a serum, or another product which would give my skin some more moisture when needed. I wasn't put off by putting an oil on my skin as I know these can be just what dry skin needs.
The product itself is very thin as you would expect for a oil. I find the smell of the product really puts me off and will be the main reason that I won't be repurchasing this (other than the fact I have so many other products to use up!). I can't quite put my finger on what it smells like, but I find it quite strong and it puts me off.
I have been using this on my face at night before moisturiser and I feel like it doesn't sink in to my skin at all. I wake up and go to do my morning cleanse and it my skin feels oily like this hasn't sunk in at all. However I must say my skin does feel very moisturised.
Overall I just don't think I am a fan of putting oils all over my skin. For me this might be something for particularly dry spots, and not an all over fix.
