I like Antipodes - love some products and like others actually, so I thought I'd give this a try. And I like using products that contain Vitamin C.
I bought the 15ml tube which is probably enough for me. The tube is white with Antipodes branding. It has a screw top, simple to access and use. The product itself is a thick pale orange cream with an odd but not unpleasant scent. When applied after cleansing, it absorbs quite well and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. The product claim is that it will help address pigmentation, age spots and discoloration for glowing skin. It hasn't made any noticeable difference to my skin tone but the hydrating aspect does leave my skin looking healthy and feeling soft.
So for me, it's not the best product of this type, but it is a good product of this type. It is definitely worth a try but Antipodes have so many lovely serums and oils, that one of those would be my personal preference for spending my money.
I was sent this to trial before it was released on the Antipodes website. I have now just repurchased it as my day cream. The silky texture, light fragrance as well as the way it beautifully sinks into the skin is lovely. I feel hydrated and my skin looks glowy throughout the day. In all fairness I do use a vitamin C serum and have since Nov 2021, so I cannot say my skin improvements in scarring, dullness and discolouration are all down to this product but I do enjoy using it daily and would recommend.
Tips: Layer up a vitamin C serum and hyaluronic acid underneath for ultimate hydration and brightening.
