Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater Review

I've been using this for a few years now as an extra hydration boost for my skin. This smells lovely and clean, it doesn't have a lingering or overpowering scent which is what I like as I'm popping it on top of my day and night creams. These sprays are so nice to use in Summer as a refresher for your skin - a few spritzes across the face and neck help cool you down and stop your makeup from looking separated when its hot.

There are lots of things that I really love about this products, so much so that I've brought it in all varieties available. Mario Badescu products fall into the intermediate price range, not supermarket bargain but a bit of a boujee feel to it at a reasonable price. A multi use product for before, during or after you've done your makeup which is really useful to have such a versitile product that hydrates and cools the skin. I generally incorporate this to my morning and evening skin routine as a first step before moisturisers etc to hydrate the skin then top off with a cream to lock that moisture into my skin. I have combination skin and this suits me jut fine. Great to use through the summer months through the day to add a bit of moisture to your skin if you're in need of a boost too. Suitable to use over makeup as well so wont make you look a wreck if you use as a finishing spray or refresher through the day. Can't fault this product

Had this recommended on a Mecca visit - it's so easy to use and feels great on the skin. It's refreshing, light and can be used throughout the day. This makes a great gift for that person that is hard to buy for.

Overall I found this product to be just okay, maybe a little overrated as well. I think I was expecting a lot from this product due to the hype of it all and how much people liked it. However when I'm looking for a toner I want a little more than refreshing. Having acne prone skin I like to look for toners that also help and I don't think this one really did much for my skin than make it feel a little bit fresher

I use this one and another one(green) purely to hydrate and refresh my skin throughout the day, I don't think it does much but it feels good and it's pretty inexpensive

This is a really nice and refreshing rosewater spray. Especially great in the summer, the scent is gentle and doesn't give me a headache like some scents can. I mainly use this to cool down or as a quick boost of hydration for my face; I'm not sure it does much else, so I still use another toner in my routine as well.

I picked this up from Mecca a wee while ago because of the hype surrounding it. Unfortunately the only thing I liked about it was the price. Don’t get me wrong, it is ok but it’s just not worth the hype. It didn’t add any hydration to my skin, and every spritz would leave little water droplets on my face and I just wasn’t a fan. It’s lovely if you just need a freshen up during the hot summer days but that’s pretty much it.
