Oasis Beauty Berry Tonic Review

I received the Oasis Berry Brightening Tonic as a sample from Oasis and I was so impressed! The sample size itself was pretty decent and lasted me a couple of weeks easy.

My first impression of the tonic was how delicious it smells! As the name suggests it has a lovely berry scent which smells natural as opposed to the very artificial berry fragrance sometimes used in skincare. I applied it using a cotton pad to swipe it across my cleansed face and neck. It felt very refreshing and really did feel like it rejuvenated my skin. Afterwards my skin felt nice and soft and clean, but not in the tight way some toners can leave your skin.

I think this is the perfect toner for any skin type as it's really gentle and natural. My skin didn't break out or react using it which is the biggest plus. I would use it again happily and highly recommend it as a natural toner for all skin types.

I'm officially in love with this product. Not only is it all natural, New Zealand made and smells wonderful, but it also cleared up a breakout and I've been breakout free for 3 days. This almost never happens to me.

The toner smells lovely, and the sample size sent to me by the company has lasted a week so far and should last another week. I've been using it on a daily basis. I pop some on a cotton pad and gently wipe across my face, holding for longer on breakout patches or larger pores.

The toner made my skin feel quite tight on the first couple of uses, but this has discontinued with daily use. My skin soaks up this product and loves it. The scent lingers for about half an hour after use (even if a different scented moisturiser is used too), which I like. Highly recommend this product!

This is the best toner i've ever tried, all natural ingredients mean that it's as gentle as water on the skin and leaves it feeling really clean & refreshed. It minimizes pores without tightening or stinging which can sometimes be the case with toners. I do notice that it brightens my complextion slightly and has a sweet subtle scent. If your searching for toner to love definately give this one a go.

Definitely the best toner I've used so far! Most other ones I used smelled quite vile so I was pleasantly surprised at the nice smell of this one! It's really fresh and clean feeling, and it didn't dry out my skin or get vapours in my eyes, love it!

I have finally found my holy grail skincare line.I received this from Oasis Beauty as one of my 3 free samples and I'm so glad I did! The sample itself was a very generous sample and lasted a week using it every night and morning. I was so impressed with the sample I then went and ordered the full size.

It's such a lovely feeling spraying this onto my skin leaving it feeling refreshed and clean. Within only a few days my skin was honestly brighter like it had a healthy glow to it, clearer and softer. I can't even express how amazing this stuff is!

When I get bad breakout on my chin area at night I spray my face with this and then also onto a cotton ball and hold it against the breakout for a few minutes as advised by the Oasis team. By the morning the pimples have gone down but they are still really red.

The packaging is like all their other products nice and simple. The size of the bottle is the same as their cleansers so it's a really good amount for the price and going by how long the sample lasted this will probably last maybe about 3-4 months. Since I've already been using it for a month and there's still heaps left!

Overall since using this I've had NO breakouts expect hormonal chin ones (darn being a girl!) yaay. I think it would be perfect for any skin types because it doesn't leave your skin feeling tight or dry. Especially good for oily acne-prone skin like me or if you have uneven skin.

... I hope they never adjust the smell. It's sooo good!

I haven't used a toner for years as I never noticed any difference in my skin with or without it. I still don't think it's necessary, but if you do want to use one, then this is a great one! It smells like cranberry juice and made my skin feel fresh. I didn't notice any visible difference to the appearance of my skin, but I figure a lot of the antioxidant benefits are there in the background and it did make it feel quite moisturised. I haven't had any breakouts while using it, not sure if that's down to the toner or more balanced hormones, but I'm sure the toner was berry helpful (sorry!). I use it after cleansing my skin at night and I've noticed that it removes traces of BB cream that I didn't even no were still on my skin - the cotton wool ball I use to apply it with shows it up! So that was an added benefit.

I jumped right in the deep end with this one and after cleansing my face I proceeded to apply this to my face and neck on dry cotton pads... oops. I had a massive reaction after doing this and ended up having to wash my face over and over again with ice cold water and use an ice pack... eek, I looked like I had a bad acid peel. But... And I say this excitedly... after waiting a week and reading on Oasis website (how helpful are they) that you can apply using a dampened cloth or cotton pad... So I gathered up some courage and spot tested using the pre-moistened test... YAY, no reaction! So with this under my belt I continued to use and graduated to using less water and more product and I have to say my skin loves it... less spots, better skin tone and softness.

I love how you can just dab it on to a pimple and it speeds up healing. The scent is light and fruity as you would expect from the name... but it is quite subtle and not at all overpowering. The packaging is quite basic but efficient... and I Love the fact that this is a Local company with great ethic and customer support. Would have rated it higher but for the initial (due to my lapse in judgement) reaction.

I've never really used a toner, only when I've had facials and such has it been on my face so I thought I'd give this a go. It smells divine! The berry scent really does make it all that much nicer to use. It doesn't burn or sting my blemishes after a good wash which I have always struggled with. I didn't really see any brightening to my skin but then I wasn't looking for the difference either. A really good toner in my books :D

This product claims to reduce pore size and keep breakouts under control, which sounded great to me as I struggle with both large/visible pores across my nose and cheeks, and pesky breakouts. Initially I didn't notice any reduction in pore size and this made my face look shiny, which sucked. I was super disappointed and thought that this must not be right for me.

BUT after a couple of minutes when I looked in the mirror again I saw a huge improvement. I was so relieved that my initial impression was wrong. After about 5-10 minutes I saw a visible reduction in pore size and the shininess had almost completely faded away.

This product made my skin feel lovely and soft, which is always an upside, and it really did brighten my skin. I have dark circles under my eyes from not sleeping well, and this brightened them up nicely.

My face felt so nice after using this, very clean and fresh but also as if the skin had been slightly firmed and tightened (in a good way). This is really good at getting dirt out of my pores at the end of the day.

The berry scent is delightful, thanks to this little bottle my entire package from Oasis Beauty smelt amazing.

I was actually breaking out around my nose when I started using this and it seemed to really reduce the irritation. I'm really starting to think that this tonic might be something of a miracle worker.

If you want to try this out the free sample from oasisbeauty.co.nz is actually very generous (though it looks itty-bitty), I'd say it has enough for about a week of use.

What more could there be to love about this? Oasis Beauty has a strict no animal testing policy and is based right here in New Zealand.

If you use it an immediately and think "This isn't working" give it some time and see if it sorts itself out :)

Update: After using the Berry Brightening Tonic this morning (approximately 11am) I later (approximately 5:30 pm) used my usual face scrub (Clean & Clear Advantage Blackhead Clearing Scrub) and all I can say is "Wow!". This is the best my skin has looked in absolutely ages. I think I'm in love with the Berry Brightening Tonic!

My life has literally changed since I found this brand, I hope they are here to stay.

I never thought much of toners until I got my hands on this wee gem. My acne prone skin has just transformed. My skin just looks more even and healthier, break outs have drastically reduced.

The smell is out of this world, it literally instantly relaxes me and I feel so pampered.

It is my first experience of a toner in a spray bottle too. Which gives so many options in applications and less wastage.

I cannot recommend this product to enough people. I even tell the guys at work to get their wives onto it.
