This product is great at removing all make up including mascara and does not leave your skin feeling dry. Its also super fast and easy to use. A little bit really does go a long way which means the tub lasted me quite a while. It also didn't break me out which some products similar to this can do to my skin.

Another new product for me! I purchased this recently online from healthpost along with the Everything Balm and really love it!
It was on special and I was looking for a good cleanser to remove makeup as well as long stay makeup, mascara etc so thought I would give this a try.
I like the packaging - has the Trilogy red flower etc which I love. Easy to use screw top container. So I wear makeup every day and need a good remover as I use a stay put lippy and can be hard to remove.
This is similar to the Everything Balm by Trilogy which I also purchased and loved, where I scrape out about the size of my thumb nail and emulsify in my hands to warm. It is a really lovely consistency and so easy to spread all over my face and work in to get the makeup off. It does remove my makeup really well but I do find that I need to get a little extra on a cloth to completely remove the mascara and the stay put lippy. Which is fine as you really don't need much.
This did come with an organic cotton cloth for removal, however I haven't used this yet as I am currently using a bamboo cloth for removal, but will definitely give their cloth a go too!
Love this make up remover and will definitely purchase again!
Tips: No! Easy to use!
First time getting a cloth together with a purchase of a cleansing balm. I was overly excited to try this. Very first when i tried this cloth, I got little bits of cotton fluff stuck onto my mouth and all over my face. From having tried a few products from Trilogy in the past, i expected better quality. I had to spend more time getting rid of the fluff than washing my face. However, with continued use, the fluff eventually was no more. But then again, it’s free right?
Anyways.. Let’s forget about this cloth and talk about the main lead, the Trilogy Make-Up Be-Gone cleansing balm.
The balm was not too hard and was pretty easy to scoop up with my warm fingers. I tend to go around the sides, as i find the sides a little softer to work with.
The scent was just lovely, it’s exactly the scent i like; sweet and creamy and slightly fruity emmm....
The balm wasn’t overly greasy nor too difficult to clean off the face afterwards. But probably better using your own face cloth to give a final wipe with warm water afterwards.
I don’t wear heavy make up so not sure how effective it is on cleaning those, but it was good enough for me to clean off my usual bb cream and simple mineral powders.
My face felt nice, soft and hydrated after cleansing.
Tips: To get rid of the balmy feel completely, i just use a gentle face wash such as cleansing milk or a cream cleanser as my double cleanser.
