essano Oil Control Deep Pore Cleanser

I am really loving using this cleanser. I like the feature of the pump to get the product out, it has a great smell, refreshing and a scent you would find if you were at a spa getting a facial etc - really pleasant! It doesn't foam up too much which is a pet peeve of mine when they are super foamy. Did not dry out my face which a lot of cleansers do and my face felt soft and smooth after using. It recommends to do a double cleanse if wearing heavy makeup (which at night i will usually do a double cleanse anyway) but even with heavy makeup one cleanse just about got the whole lot which really impressed me. I definitely would agree that it is a gentle cleanser. I do think that my redness has reduced while using this, I will be continuing to use this until it runs out and most likely be buying again and such a reasonable price point for a great product. Would definitely recommend I am pleasantly surprised!

This cleanser is good. It removes dirt and makeup without stripping my skin of essential moisture which is important for oily skin. It managed to break down my heavy foundation quite well too.

I felt like my pores appeared smaller and less clogged with about a weeks usage so would be keen to see how it continues to perform over time. Would use it again for sure.

I was hesitant to try this product as I have never tried Nicinamide before. The product itself was a nice smell and was an easy pump bottle for great quick access to the product. The packaging was a cute colour. When I started using it I had a few spots on my t zone. It made my skin feel soft and supple afterwards. I didn't need to use a lot of the product to get a good result. Using in conjunction with the toner and moisturizer I found the quality really great. I have combination skin so it didn't leave my skin too dry or too oily. I have found that my skin is looking a lot better and my spots have cleared up. My skin is looking more refreshed! I tend to avoid cleansers designed for oily skin as they can cause increased oil production, but this one is so beautifully balanced (follow through with the toner and moisturizer for optimal results) that it hasn't caused any issues.

This cleanser comes in a easy to use pump bottle, dispensing the correct amount of product each time. The cleanser has nice fresh ocean breeze type scent which adds a nice touch to my skincare routine.

I usually remove make up with a cream cleanser before cleansing, but I went straight in with this one in the interests of testing it out and it did a great job removing long wear make up including waterproof mascara.

I really love that this product does it all (cleanses and improves skintone / texture) with gentle, yet powerful ingredients. I'll definitely be buying more when it runs out.

I was lucky enough to try out all 3 products from this range and the cleanser is great. The cleanser is a gel like cleanser that foams up when you add water and start putting it on you’re face. I feel it helped my t-zone not get oily during the day and it really did help to reduce my pores. I enjoyed the fact it made my face feel fresh and oil free all day.

This cleanser took me back to the cleansers of my teenage years with it's scent and more intense feeling cleanse. But unlike the cleansers of my teenage years it didn't leave my skin feeling stripped and assaulted by harsh chemicals, instead my skin felt calm and untouched.

The cleanser comes in a pump bottle and has a clear gel consistency. I had one blemish on my forehead during this trial and it seemed to dry up quite quickly with this regime and I think that was particular the effect of the cleanser.

During the trial no other blemishes popped up, so I would say it did a good job of removing impurities and keeping the pores unclogged.

Because the cleanser was slightly more overpowering I didn't use it to remove eye makeup because it make my eyes sting. It removed make up on the rest of my face effectively though.

I didn't however see any improvement in the small amount of redness I get (particularly on my nose).

As I only get one or two blemishes, I would probably stick a less intense cleanser. But I look forward to continuing to try this out to see if it does make my blemishes disappear faster. If it did, I'd definitely buy it again.

This is hands down, THE BEST cleanser I have used for oily skin. I saw immediate results after using this (along with the toner and moisturiser) and the oil levels on my skin were next to nothing by the end of the first week.

The cleanser smelt a little bit chemically, but I was happy to not be lathering some overpowering flowery scent all over my face. It lathered up really well, and I found 2 pumps to be more than enough to cover my face and neck. My face felt super soft and my skin toned looked more even from the first use.

My t-zone is usually an oil slick my lunchtime, but I found with using this system I was pushing it out to 4pm and beyond before I started looking really shiny and horrible. I'm hoping that continuing to use this system will push that time out even further!

I really loved this product, the bottle was informative and directions were easy to follow, I used it in the shower at night before going to bed. A little went a long way with this product and it left my skin feeling very clean.

Comes in standard essano brown plastic with pink label. This product has a pump which I love. 1 pump is perfect dose. The formulation is a light almost clear gel consistency and has a light fragrance that’s hard to describe maybe faintly Freesia and honey? But the scent is not overwhelming and quite pleasant. I’m not sure if it reduces redness yet but haven’t had much time to trial after a fiasco with couriers. I can say it’s gentle and not stripping so no tightness after use and I think my skin is feeling smoother and blackheads improved. I will definitely purchase this again for the right price

This is the first product I’ve tried that’s specifically designed to reduce oil, and has actually done what it says it will!

From the first use, I noticed that by the end of the day, my oil level was almost exactly as it was after cleansing in the morning.

Mild smell, which I appreciate! I’d highly recommend using the entire system, as I’m sure this contributed to the success of the product.

Only negative would be the size of the bottle. I’d probably prefer it to be slightly bigger.
