As a person that struggled with finding moisturisers that were gentle, this was my "at last!"
I always used to have a tube at home, at work and in my bag. My skin was so red, flakey and sore, I needed to have moisture pumped into it. This Avene did this. I still had to use the yuck doctors stuff, but needed the extra boost.
I couldn't understand why no matter how much, or how long I used this, my skin wasn't "normal" I have since figured that you need other ingredients to battle different problems.
This isn't cheap, it does work, but as everyone says, what works for one person doesn't work for everyone. I used to buy it at my chemist and took advantage of their rewards programme.
I'd definitely say give it a go, it's a really nice product. Don't be afraid to try other products if you don't see the results you need
