I love the smell of this lip tint its gorgeous and has a great colour too. I usually have lip liner underneath to make more of a bold statement because my friends and family know me for my lips.

Tips: If only this could do what it says it will its the only thing that lets it down someone will either kiss you or they wont so don't make statements like this. also sometimes even when applying it with a brush I find it clumpy.
I think this lip tint is great, i personally love it, but some of the occasions it isnt right for, it is a very strong tint and can b hard to get off, so if going for a subtle tint, this is not the tint for u
I was really excited to try this lip tint as I usually love this kind of product but the problems started just trying to open the container. If you have longer nails, the squat container can be really tricky to open, especially the first time.
Inside was an ultra bright paste with an extremely strong cinnamon smell. I tried applying just a small amount but the results were disastrous. It didn't apply evenly and was terribly patchy and spotty, despite having used a lip scrub before trying. And the colour? Well, 'clown-like' was my boyfriend's comment and I had to agree.
It's definitely not something I would use again - it just seemed like something wasn't quite right as the texture, colour and consistency all seemed to be off. Less 'tint' and more like 'circus paint' unfortunately.
I was sent this to review and I was so excited because I had always wanted to try this! Unfortunately though i was really disappointed which is a shame because I absolutely love Lush! The reason for the title is because for some reason whenever I applied it to my lips it felt as though they were burning, not a good feeling for a lip tint and yes I did try the kiss test haha and it passed, the colour wasn't as full as it was but it was still on and not smudged. When I first got it I really liked the smell because it was different, however though my boyfriend HATED it and when he kissed me he said it tasted like candle wax?
Tips: Only get a tiny amount on your fingers.
As always with Lush products, this smells amazing! It is also the perfect tint of red that makes your lips look full and pouty. It is creamy and easy to apply and feels luxurious on the lips. I have been loving wearing this on casual days with minimal makeup and a messy side pony. The tint stays on for quite a while, but is easy to remove. Love it!
Tips: Make sure you have something handy to wipe your finger on after application, or better still, use a lip brush!
I brought this and Loooove it. The smell is divine, although I really prefer my lipbalms to be in tubes (using fingers is a bit dirty, no?).
I will start off by saying it smell wonderful and the colour looks amazing but that where it stops. It has impractical packaging, its much to thick, it does not blend well at all. It feels gritty and thick like candle wax. As for the tint, I would expect a tint to come out lighter and just tint your lips. It might be great for you but I personally will not buy or recommend this to anyone.
Tips: don't use lots
the lip tint has really nice colour and pigmentation but the consistency is wax like it also has a really nice smell i think it is a good product if you don't mind the waxy feel
I love the feel and smell of this product, However i did have to go back to the store to ask the lady how to open it as it is a little tricky when you haven't been told. (place in palm and twist hands) Other than that its a great subtle product to make your lips not look so pale. Would recommend a lip gloss over the top as it is not shiny and looks quite dull without a gloss
The answer is no. I have tried a few of Lush's cosmetics and this is the most disappointing. I thought a lip product would be the most reliable however I'm disappointed. This was a gift and I wouldn't normally choose a lip product that I had to dip my finger in because I find it quite unclean. Because you put it on with your finger it is hard to control the application of the tint. The tint itself is also quite bright and looks different to the colour in the pan. The redeeming feature would be the smell - it does smell yummy!
