Swisspers Micellar & Rosewater Wipes Reviews

These are great! The smell is very fresh and 'clean' and not too strong. They're easy to use with just enough moisture but not so much that it bubbles (like some wipes do!). I find that they very easily remove makeup - including water proof mascara that is sometimes tricky to get off. They leave my skin feeling fresh and clean and relatively soft. I don't feel the urgent need to moisturise after. As far as wipes go, I really do like these. I'd definitely be keen to give a micellar water version of this a try as I think wipes are an easy way to be mean to the environment. Good for travelling though and using every now and again! But really, the nastiness to the environment is the only reason I wouldn't repurchase, otherwise, woo!

I'm generally not a fan of single-use products but I must admit that I'm pretty sold on these wipes. They have a lovely fragrance and come in a very handy, take anywhere pack - great for travelling or if you're like me and currently spending time in hospital and having treatment. I found that these really gave my skin a boost and made me feel very refreshed on the whole - something that I really value at the moment. I found that they didn't really remove mascara without needing quite a bit of rubbing - something my mother always nagged me about not doing! Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely when I feel that my skin needs a boost. The micellar and rosewater really helped to tone and calm very stressed skin. I found them overall to be great value, convenient and very soothing.

These wipes are probably my new favourite for on the go. I've always been very attached to my Garnier Micellar water for removing my makeup, but these are more convenient for when I'm outside. I really enjoyed using these wipes for days when I didn't have time to go home after the gym. I wipe my face off after working out and then apply makeup. These wipes are great as they remove all of my makeup, even on days where I have a full face on (including waterproof mascara) without leaving a sticky residue or drying out my skin. The packaging was pretty and the addition of a plastic lid keeps the wipes moist and makes sure the liquid doesn't drip everywhere in my bag. Will repurchase and keep in my gym bag and also on my vanity.

I really loved these wipes. They’re very wet and soft, and have a nice cooling feel on the skin. They take off makeup well, even waterproof makeup which was very impressive. They’re also gentle so you don’t have to sit scrubbing your eyes for hours! Such a lovely rose scent that’s not too overpowering. Perfect for removing makeup or just freshening up — would definitely repurchase.

I didn't have great expectations - a wipe is a wipe right? But I very quickly grabbed one to take off my makeup - in haste and it was genuinely way more effective than my usual wipes from the supermarket. Quick and easy and my face didn't dry out as much as it usually does. So long as these are not super expensive (and I don't think they are) I may be a convert!

Only downside is that it sound have a strong fragrance. I'm not a huge fan of rose scents and for some people this will be a deal breaker (i.e. there is no way I could have used this while pregnant).

I tested them out with a full face of makeup and they performed very well. I only had to use 2 wipes to fully remove my makeup, which is amazing considering other brands I sometimes use up to 4 wipes. I also appreciate how these wipes are not too overpowering with the fragrance.

Packaging: Beautifully designed, strong packaging with purple flip top. Flip top is easy to open and close. Peel away sealer to keep moisture in underneath the flip top to seals up perfectly after removing your wipes. This is sure to keep your wipes moist till the very last one. Package is small enough to pop in your handbag or gym for easy on the go use.

Wipes: The wipes are strong, thick and soft. Glides easily over your skin with more that enough moisture to cover the entire face and neck area. Heavenly smell.....love the Rosewater smell and is not overpowering. Leaves a lovely smell of fresh roses lingering after use. It removed the make up and mascara I had on easily and didn't leave the dark 'racoon eye' residue under your eyes, clears your skin completely

Overall impression: I am already a big fan of wipes for the removal of all my facial products and the normal dirt that accumulates on your skin. These worked as well as any I have tried. They smell absolutely devine, as they are drenched with lovely, vividly scented rosewater. They are now on my shopping list for sure! They leave my skin very clean, refreshed, soft and smelling wonderful.

Price: These wipes are priced in line with other leading brands.

My skin is mostly dry and a bit on the sensitive side (not to mention mature - I'm 47). So most of the time, cleansers are harsher on my skin than I'd like. I've been mostly using a rosewater cleanser of late, and it seems quite gentle on my skin, so when I was offered the opportunity to trial these Micellar and Rosewater wipes, I was quite keen. Wipes are convenient, fast and easy and I wanted something I could rely on to treat my skin well. These wipes fit the bill. They're gentle on my skin, they remove every last bit of makeup (including mascara) and they don't leave my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable afterwards. I don't know whether it's the micellar (I've never used anything with micellar before) or something else, but I'm really impressed. I'll be using these regularly from now on. They'll make a great addition to my overnight bag.

I love these Micellar and rosewater wipes, they smell so nice and leave my skin feeling refreshed and soft. They are very good at cleaning makeup off especially mascara. The wipes are nice and moist to cleanse the whole face. The packaging is easy to use and great with the lid part on the top to keep them fresh and not dry out. I highly recommend you try these.

love love love these.... As a new mum time for me is precious and often rather limited. with these I was able to get that lovely fresh clean feel all while juggling a screaming baby! I found the wipes left my face feeling fresh and clean. They had a pleasant smell and are a lot easier than trying to juggle the bottled micellar water. It might be quite expensive to use them all the time but definitely handy to have around. I will definitely buy these again to have on hand.
