L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Golden Age Rosy Redensifying Day Cream Review

This cream is coloured pink which was a surprise!

The packaging is of a good quality but there is quite a lot of information on the pack and the writing is small, so potentially that's something to think about given the target audience and our eyesight!

The cream was thick and luxurious. It rubbed in well and absorbed without leaving a greasy film.

The results are smooth, even skin, with less dull and dry patches. I'm not sure about redensifying, but I'm certainly happy with the skin I have at the moment - I feel fresh as a daisy.

This pink day cream is very effective at leaving skin looking rosy and glowy.

I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and my skin is plumper and firmer, and I definitely think its more even in tone. I wouldn't say my wrinkles have disappeared, but its not poly-filler!

There's a rose scent that might not suit everyone

This product is quite creamy in consistency but easy to apply with fingertips. The packaging as always with loreal paris is pretty and reasonably easy to read the instructions. I having used this for about 10 days feel that the my skin is smoother/firmer and does have a rosier glow to it although i dont quite fit the 60 plus age range. The only downside i can find is that it has an unusual fragrance which i dont like although once applied to your skin does soon dissipate.

I was very lucky to be selected to trial this product as I love L’Oreal. The cream comes in a glass container that makes it looks elegant and also it is great for the planet.

The product is quite pink but has a nice texture. It is very easy to apply and the pink disappears when the product it absorbed. I like that it didn’t leave a greasy feeling and my skin looks fresh and moisturized all day.

The cream is supposed to be for 60+ years, although I am in not that age range yet I noticed improvement in my skin, it is more radiant and my neck looks younger than a week ago. I will continue using it.

I've thoroughly enjoyed trialing this Day Cream as I'm always after a really effective moisturiser.

When I first opened the lovely, elegant jar, I admit I thought ugh oh no! It's pink! I worried that my skin would end up a pink Barbie colour which I definitely don't need. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. There is no pink left on the skin at all!

The cream has a gorgeous texture and glides on so well. It has a faint shimmer to it and absorbs without leaving any greasy residue. It definitely gives my skin a lovely healthy glow. And most pleasingly, it moisturised extremely well. Only one application in the morning and my face felt moisturised all day.

I do like L'Oreal products and this one is a keeper for me!

It was very timely to be chosen to review this product as I arrived home from a month in Europe and the UK to forward and it was waiting for me. After the long flight back my skin sure felt dull and tired! This cream worked wonders and within a few days I am sold on it. It’s gentle and doesn’t require lots of intense smoothing in, it’s not greasy at all and best of all my favourite BB creme glides on perfectly a few minutes later. Im ver fortunate to have inherited a good complexion as I grow older and the “rosy glow” enhances my skin very slightly and this cream is a perfect start to my day.

I am slowly getting to the recommended age for the L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Golden. I have sensitive dry skin and some redness. I have been using the product for a few weeks (Jul/Aug 2019). I have been pleased with the cream from the very first time I used it.

In the winter, I go from the warmth of my office to the cold of a warehouse many times during the day. I walk and hike regularly. I need to wear products that will hydrate and nourish my skin, but also keep it young looking without running down when I am sweating. L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Golden Age passed the test and I have been going home after 5pm with a skin still very well hydrated.

The cream's rosy colour mixes very well with the skin. I have been applying a big pea size amount of the day cream every morning on top of the L'Oreal Paris radiance re-activating serum. The cream is creamy and not greasy at all. I really enjoy using it. It penetrates my skin nicely and I can exercise without having it running down my face. There is a hint of a peony fragrance that dissipates very quickly. After a few weeks, with a daily application, I still have 3/4 in the container. My skin is looking nice and healthy. The pot is easy to open and close.

I wish the cream had a SPF.

The packaging is discreet. I find it nice and simple. The packaging has a PAP recycling logo. The pot is made of glass. I would think only the top and inside lids can't be recycled.

I would recommend the product to my friends 50 and over. My skin was instantly intensely hydrated and very comfortable without feeling tight.

I must admit that I'm a real fan of most L'Oreal products. They tend to be great value for money and, unlike a lot of very expensive creams, actually do what they promise to do. This product is no exception. The L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Golden Age Rosy Redensifying Cream really is a little bit of magic in a jar. From its subtle perfume to its hint of colour and how it feels on your skin, it is absolutely fantastic. I have quite bad rosacea and this cream provides a nice little bit of masking for it, while treating it at the same time. My skin, even after only a couple of weeks, feels softer and is quite noticeably firmer. It would take a lot to convince me to change products now. After using this cream, you feel as though you've had a lovely rejuvenating facial. It is not a heavy cream, which is great. The luxurious packaging is just the icing on the cake.

When I first opened the jar I did actually get a bit of a surprise, there's definitely a rosy pink creme in there, and it even smells like roses. The glass jar is all shimmery pink and silver, so pretty. And I do appreciate the fact that the jar is glass, and not plastic, although the lid and inner is. The outer cardboard packaging is nice too in a rose gold metallic finish.

This creme is for very mature and dull skin (60-80 years), and while I'm not quite there yet I'm well aware of the changes in my skins look and texture as the years roll on, and it definitely needs product with a little bit more oomph these days. So I was expecting this to be a lot heavier and possibly greasier as a lot of other brands tend to think us older ladies need to trowel it on to get any results. But it is not like that at all. It's light, and soft and is easy to apply and a little goes a long way. I love the feel of it, and there is no greasy oil-slick on the skin. And it does leave a slightly rosy glow, for a wee while anyway.

The claim is to restore the skin's density and support the structure, to feel more resilient and re-strengthened and the natural pink pigment assist in beautifying the complexion. I've only used this for a week but I can see a difference, my skin definitely looks a lot brighter.

I really like L'Oreals jar it holds a generous 50mls of moisturiser and looks elegant with a rosy colour glass body and a gold top. The cream itself is a nice rosy colour with a slight rosy smell, almost indiscernible. I have been using the cream for two weeks now. The instant effect is a lovely rosy glow. The rosy colour helped to give my face a youthful glow. Each day my skin appears to get denser and firmer and the contours of my face more refined. I liked the effects. I have dry, thin skin almost translucent looking and I found the little rough dry patches disappearing after the 1st week or so. . The creme is readily absorbed and easy to blend over my face, much better that the previously reviewed Age perfect Manuka Honey Moisturiser which I loved but was very hard to spread over my face and not so readily absorbed.
