NIVEA Naturally Good Organic Oat & Nourishment Body Lotion

I have used the avocado body lotion in this range, and really liked it. This one is great too! It's super hydrating, and also works well as a hand cream on my hands, which are fairly dry. It's a new favourite of mine!

Having extremely dry skin, I was really excited to try this. The bottle is fairly plain and is made with less plastic than similar products. This makes the bottle easy to squeeze. It is able to be rolled so I think will be easier to get the moisturizer out when the bottle gets low. Has a QR code on the back to get more info about their sustainability. The lotion itself is thick and silky leaving my skin feeling a lot softer and looking moisturized and healthier. It absorbs quickly (I do have super dry skin) and has a pleasant smell, almost like baby powder and the smell lasts most of the day. My skin is so dry that it gets very itchy and I end up scratching and making a mess of it, especially on my legs. After using this for almost a week, while my skin is still dry, the itching has stopped and I have seen a huge improvement. For me at this point, the moisture doesn't last 48 hours but I am hoping with continued use, the length of time will increase. I love that 98% of the product is naturally derived, good all round. Will be looking for this when my bottle starts to get low.

The packaging of this moisturizer is soft to the touch with Nivea branding.

The moisturizer itself smells pleasant and feels silky. I used this daily for a week and it left my dry skin soft and hydrated. It was really easy to dispense due to the 50% less plastic used making it easy to get out every last drop so no wastage.

The moisturizer is made from 98% natural ingredients and is soothing on dry skin and definitely left my skin feeling soft for 48 hours

I really enjoyed this body lotion- I'm pregnant so very conscious of the ingredient lists- so was very pleased it was pretty much all natural ingredients! Felt safe to use!

Very nourishing & fast absorbing & nice smell but not too strong (not great with smells at the moment because of the pregnancy so this was ideal!).

This is a really effective and soothing moisturiser. I get some really dry and uncomfortable patches of skin on my legs, and this really helped to keep them smooth and hydrated. I love products with oat, as my skin can be quite prone to irritation and the oat calms everything down.

The lotion is reasonably thick, it took a little bit of rubbing in to get it to absorb. The smell was nice, definitely not a strong smell.

The packaging - hmm I love the idea of using less plastic, so that is a very big plus for me, and I love the idea of being able to get all of the product out by rolling it up as I use it. Its just a bit of an awkward shape, as when you start using it the bottle falls over if you try and stand it upright on a shelf. This is due to the plastic being flexible, and it loses its shape as you use the lotion. This is fine if it is in a drawer, so overall not a huge deal when you think of the fact less plastic is used.

I applied this on my body after showering and found it was non greasy and absorbed quickly. My skin felt noticeably smoother after application.

It has a pleasant smell which is in no way overbearing. The only way I can think to describe the scent is the normal nivea smell with a slight addition of talcum powder.

I dont normally gravitate to products with Oat in them but this works.

The size is 350ml which based on amount I have been using each day means it may last 3 weeks. Nivea are onto it here where they have created a bottle with 50% less plastic. A pic on the front of the bottle shows you can roll it up to get every last little bit out for less wastage. I do this with toothpaste when a tube bears the end so makes sense to be able to do this with other products also. There is a QR code on the back to scan to find out about Niveas sustainability journey.

The bottle does mention 48 hour moisture but for me, I was applying once a day to my body and frequently on my hands.

My job requires frequent use of hand sanitiser/frequent washing of hands and I found this product works equally as great as a hand moisturizer. It reduces the dry itchy feeling and left my hands feeling smooth.

I recommend NIVEA Naturally Good Organic Oat & Nourishment Body Lotion to those of us who suffer from psoriasis, dry skin or a mild form is eczema. It did the job without irritating my skin. This will definitely be a regular addition to the trolley.

I have been a big fan of nivea skincare products for years and this was no exception. It was easy to use, came out of the bottle easily and absorbed well into the skin. The smell was light and not at all overpowering.

I could definitely feel a noticeable difference in the moisture levels of my skin for the next coupke of days as my skin is normally very dry, especially in winter and this product realy seemed to do the trick.

The bottle is made with less plastic and you can roll it up as it empties which i thought was really innovative and better for the environment while also being more cost effective as it always annoys me when you can't get the last of the product out of some sorts of packaging.

Overall this was a great addition to the nivea range and i will be repurchasing.

Love the packaging, the bottle is so easy to use and is almost flexible so it seems like its easier to get product out. Love the flip top lid and the fact i can store it upside down when im nearing the end of the bottle.

Product is thick but not overly so, lightly scented but not with anything i can place. Feels quite hydrating but i wouldnt say its 48 hours worth. 24 hours at best.

Lovely lotion, would consider repurchasing if on special but otherwise, probably not!

As winter sets in, so does the dry crepe-like texture of my skin. Which is why I was so keen to try this out. First off, love that the bottle uses less plastic - very important in this sustainability-driven age. It does mean the plastic feels more thin and transparent, but it's "squeezier" which helps! The product itself is great, not too greasy and sinks into the skin relatively quickly. The only thing is that I didn't find the moisture lasted all day, I have to reapply again at night. For the price and the convenience, a great all-rounder.
