I get really bad endometrial during my period so these are a godsend when pain relief just isn't cutting it. They heat up pretty quickly and the heat lasts for at least 5 hours when I have worn them all day. It can feel a little awkward having one of these strapped to your tummy though haha.

Tips: Wear loose fitting clothing around your stomach, like a swingy dress as these can make you look really bloated as they are quite thick.
This product is fantastic! It's not bulky like a hot water bottle, or a wheat bag. It's adhesive so you don't have to carry it around. It goes under your clothes and no one notices. And it does it exactly what it says it does. It provides pain relieving heat.
Tips: Make sure you place it exactly where you want because the moment you try to relocate it the adhesive won't work anymore
I received these as a sample , and was pretty excited to try them as suffer from quite awful period pain . Although they arent as good as the tried and trusted hot water bottle ; they are a great alternative . They heat up to a pleasant warmth , and stay in place once applied . I found it great to use while working and would definitely buy again .
I get horrible period pain, and this is sooo good, really expensive though, it think it was $7? And they only include 2 so they aren't very cheap but great when on the run or need quick pain relief, and heats up fast, doesn't get too hot and nice when you are really sore!
Tips: Make sure you aren't too rough with it, because it would tear and its not nice when it does tear (experienced myself) I think they should make them a bit sturdier, but overall great :)
I really like the Heat patches! I have endo and I get really bad pains every time i get a period. I love that I can wear it out of the house.because as a busy mum staying at home when its that time of the month just to have my hottie just can't be done. although they could make them a little hotter
Tips: keep up with the panadol every 4 hrs
I had a very sore neck for a couple of days caused by stress. I put it on at 6.00pm and it my neck was feeling a lot better by the time I went to bed. It was so warm! I will defiantly be using it again. It didn't stick to well to the back of my neck, so I used a scarf to hold it there.
I used these when i was in labour instead of a wheat bag as i didnt have to hold them in place but gave me the comfort i needed. they were amazing they would be fantastic for period pain too and lots of other uses
Good for lower back pain and really warm and comforting in winter, but I feel like I've seen similar products in the past for cheaper. I hate that it looks like your sanitary pad has ridden up your back I think they should change the fabric.
Tips: If you can use a heat pack it's a lot cheaper
These little patches really are like hot water bottles! I still have a couple of them left, and really enjoy using them. The portableness of them is a fantastic idea as they are discrete and small and can easily fit under your shirt undetected. The only downside would be depending on where you stick it, too much movement or fiddling with the adhesive can cause it to become unstuck! Its amazing that this small package can go from nothing to the heat intensity it reaches
Tips: Try not to readjust it or move it around as once it is stuck down and you try to re stick it on the adhesive becomes a lot less sticky!
I love how convenient these are! I try keep a pack in my draw at work, as its so much easier than trying to use a hottie or wheat pack. These can take a little while to heat up sometimes, and other times they heat up pretty fast - I guess it depends on the batch. Of course a hottie or wheat pack is more effective as they are alot hotter, but for the mild days these do the trick.
