Ok there is nothing really that wrong with this product. It does what It says it will do. Removes facial hair. But not as well as a salon professional does it. Much prefer going to a professional who can shape my eyebrows perfectly and remove facial hair with less effort. Considering the price of this product it isn't that much cheaper than going to the salon anyway and the results aren't as good. Unfortunately the one I had somehow broke with half the product still in the tube and It wouldn't wind up and release the product. So a bit of a waste of money and time.

So I use this product on my upper lip as my eyebrow hairs are just too coarse for it to give results. I find it a great product for me. Always does the job, as long as I take care in what I'm doing. If I don't cleanse the area properly first or have the strips pressed down long enough, then I don't get even results.
Tips: Make sure you follow the instructions properly and apply the wax evenly to the area.
So my older sister got this for her eyebrows so we decided to all give it go. I did hers first and as she has nice thin blonde hair it worked really well, but I have dark coarse hair so it didn't do the job for me. Would recommend for people with fine thin hair, but keep in mind it isn't the cheapest product to buy. Definitely wouldn't buy if you have coarse eyebrow hair's like me :/
I would not buy this product again. It is not easy to control or apply and did not remove the unwanted hair. It may work better if someone else is doing it for you but in my opinion this was a big waste of money. You might as well go to the salon at this price this costs. Adding to that mine broke after a couple of uses and could not be repaired so was an ever bigger waste unfortunately. Wouldn't recommend this.
I did not enjoy using this at all. The concept is easy enough to understand but the gel is very sticky and difficult to apply meaning you don't quite get the smooth finish that they imply. I found it much easier and less painful to go a salon, especially for the price.
I'm the worst eyebrow plucker in the world, this stuff is so easy to use, hassle free. Click the wand around, and apply. No need to heat, so you don't burn yourself with overheated wax.
Tips: Purchased from the Warehouse in a bargain bin. Well worth the money.
My stray eyebrow hairs grow back really fast so I was looking forward to using this as it seemed like a simple and effective concept. I was wrong. I followed the instructions perfectly and tried it a few times but could never get any good results. The wax spills out of the tip really quickly so it can get quite messy. The wax didn't stick to the hair or fabric strip well enough and I just ended up pulling the strip off and leaving the hairs and wax on my face. It took out a couple of hairs but hardly enough to be worth using. Don't waste your time.
Thick, hard to control, messy, and no good for my thick eyebrows! This really was a disaster from start to finish. Initially it wouldn't even come out of the tube as it wasn't warm enough - so definitely does not melt with body heat. When it came out, it didn't spread evenly over the little angled applicator thingee, so I ended up with globs of wax rather than a smooth line of it. The waxing itself, did nothing. I'm not sure if it is the wax, the strips, or the fact that my eyebrow hairs are thick, but I only ended up getting a couple of hairs on the strip. It didn't wash off easily so I had to spend a fair bit of time cleaning up afterwards. I haven't tried this on my upper lip yet, as I pulled it out of the drawer a few days after my eyebrow attempt and it had solidified.
Won this (along with some other Nad's products) a while back. Have tried this out a few times and i'm not too impressed. It's fairly easy to use and doesn't take more than a few minutes but it's kind of messy and doesn't get rid of all the hairs. I personally just prefer using tweezers- it's cheaper, easier and less messy :)
I consider this an expensive product so I only buy it every now and again as a 'luxury' product (plucking is obviously far more affordable).
I really love the results it gives, it leaves my skin hairless and feeling very soft, I definitely prefer the super smooth look that using this product achieves.
The gel is thick and you need to apply it to the skin as soon as you twist up the product. It is pretty quick and painless though. The first time I used it I got my sister to do it for me as I would have made a terrible mess and probably would have ripped off an eyebrow without her help.
Tips: If you're a beginner ask someone you trust to help you the first time you use this product.
