It seemed like a perfect alternative to clumsy razor blades, and I thought I would give it a go. When I got home to open this new 'easy to use leaving your skin smooth', I was excited. BUT when I opened it I thought something had died, it stunk out the house, and it just got worse. It burnt my skin, after using it once it began forming rashes that stayed with me after 2 weeks. Not only where there rashes on my legs, but it removed next to no hair what-so-ever. I'd rather accidentally nick myself with a shaving blade then use this product again!

Tips: It may just be me but anyone with even mildly sensitive skin do not use this product.
So I have waxed all my life and was about to go out when I realised I didn't have time to wax and wasn't interested in shaving (I'm rather blind and alway end up cutting myself!) So I bought this product and was rather excited but sure am I upset that I didn't think to read the reviews of it first. I was in agonising pain burning all over my body. I thought maybe at first it was bad then it would go away BUT NO... it burnt and burnt, I left it on till I couldn't take it anymore and I washed it off. After I had gotten out of my shower I looked down to see my legs were blotchy all over in places and my skin had started to blister behind my knees. I cried so much because my legs looked disgusting. I tried to moisturise but was in to much pain so I just sat in a cool shallow bath for about 2 hours till the pain subdued. And after all this pain my legs were still nice and prickly in places... I wore a long dress to the party.
Tips: Just don't even go there. I would never recommend this not even to my worst enemy.
It burns, leaves HUGE patches of hair and smells bad. Do not recommend at all. Stick to wax or shaving.
Tips: If you do try it out, make sure you follow the directions!!! Do not want to damage your skin!
I bought this product as I had been using veet hair removal cream (not the 'in shower one!') So I figured I would buy it to see if it was any better. I never had any trouble with the hair removal cream, I never got any burns or bad experiences. So I was completely shocked when I tried the in shower cream as it burnt my legs within a minute of applying it! I immediately washed it off but I was left with gross blotchy red legs. Not to mention the smell was horrible and the smell stayed on your skin even after you washed the cream off! I am so disappointed in this product. Don't waste your money.
OMG I hated this product! It burnt and left my skin red.... you would think maybe you could get past that if it did a good job, but it didn't at all, left hairs everywhere! Absolutely hated the smell too. New formula or not, these creams are still not up to scratch for the market.
Tips: Stay away... for the life of you, stay away!
Thick mildy offensive smelling cream. Followed the instructions but it barely removed any hair-maybe I have stubborn hair I'm not sure. I wouldn't pay for this product unless maybe you have finer hair? My hands felt a bit rough after using this
I was gifted the Veet shower hair removal ( sensitive ) range even though i do not have sensitive skin whatsoever but thinking surely anything sensitive wont be as harsh. Oh how i was wrong with less than 30 seconds of the product being on my legs it started burning by the time i had rinsed everything off and jumped out of the shower i had a very bad case chemical burn on both of my legs!
Id personally warn anyone who would want to try.
I wanted something a bit more gentle for my skin because whenever i shave i get these bumps on my legs so i opted for these. The first time i used this, i never touched it again.
It has the most unpleasant smell ever. It didn't do much for my legs but made it patchy, like theres patches of no hair here and there and its not an even removal. Then after i washed my legs, and tried to keep reapplying this to get all the hairs off, it still didn't and my legs went red and rashy.
I wish i had never put my legs through such a phase cause it took a day or two for the redness to go away. Definitely avoid!
When I heard of this, I was skeptical, because I thought, "won't it just wash off." But I purchased it anyway, thinking that they couldn't just put something like that on the label and have it crash boom bang in real life. So I purchased this, thinking yes, a new way of being even lazier, while I wash myself, the hair from my legs will fall offf! False! So much false hope.
I'll start off with saying that there is a lot of product, for the price. It's also easy to squeeze out and spread on the legs no problem.
The smell is ridiculously bad. I've used plenty of different hair removers, I like to purchase from a different brand every time, and I found that this one by far had the worst smell of all, they didn't even try to hide the smell. It's just very chemically, and extremely toxic smelling. Be careful to not suffocate yourselves ladies.
The time frame suggested is in no way shape or form, enough time. I found that I had to wait double, if not triple the suggested time for at least SOME hairs to come off. And even so, it comes off in patches, looking like a fool having removed some hairs and not others. Ridiculous. I also recommend waiting much longer than recommended before hoping into the shower. Premature showering with this on, just wastes all the product as it gets washed down the drain.
Negative points for bad advertising, and leading me to believe that while I showered the hair would come off, instead of me having to wait an hour before I shower for it to come off.
On top of all the bad points, here is another. The amount of chemicals in this product is incredibly toxic, now it may just be due to the fact that I have sensitive skin, but this burns! It burns like it is deep frying your poor legs.
It left my legs with scars, rashes, as well as itching and burning.
Worst hair removal ever.
im very disappointed with this product i recently used on my underarms and omg it burnt so rubbed it off straight away but it took some on my skin with it ouch
Tips: just dont use it
