After many years of being a (reformed!) nail biter and current nail picker, my nails are in less than stellar shape, being quite weak and they peal easily. So I was very excited to try this product! Unfortunately for me, while it did make my nails look smooth and pretty, I didn’t notice any improvement in the strength or condition. I will definitely keep using to see if it’s more of a long-term commitment though.

Essie nail strengthener
I tried this on one hand to compare the difference between nails and to be honest I ahev noticed no difference at all after a week. It says nails will show improvement within 3 days and I don't see any change in length, hardness or quality of nails on the hand I used this product on. I wouldn't buy it as I didn't see any improvement.

I find this super easy to apply and the brush was very easily applied to my nail and spread the strengthener evenly to the nail. I did find the consistency of this to be a lot thicker and rather sticky than it looked. I did find it to dry up very quickly and it did seal up over my brittle nails. I did see a difference to a few of my nails but I think to the ones of mine that are super damaged need a bit more applications and should help me more.
I found this to be great overall and will be continuing to use it and for a longer duration as in when it peels off I will be reapplying again. I don't necessarily agree that there is a massive difference after 3 days of use as it claims - my nails are definitely still damaged, weak, brittle, and flaky but I can see the benefit with more use over a longer time.
Tips: If using hot water - like for shower or washing the dishes without gloves on- makes sure that the water is not too hot otherwise the polish just peels right off. Make sure to apply the two coats, as recommended, drying between each coat and do it quickly as it becomes sticky and thickens up by the time you get to the second hand. Do not use under any heat source such as a heat pump as this dries the product quickly and makes applying on the second hand a bit more tricky.
