Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream

Having read mixed reviews on this when I purchased it, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But it was delightfully easy to apply, with light coverage, that isn't greasy. This is not a full coverage product, so don't expect it to cover everything. But for those days where you don't want to look like you're wearing a full face, put it on with some mascara and lipgloss, and you're good to go.

I enjoy using this - I got the medium colour first - turns out it's too dark for me. I then got the light - it's better but not great. The best colour finish I get is 2 parts light to 1 part medium, mix it together & buff it in really well.

I like the finish I get from it, love that it mattifies. I love that it has salicylic acid in it, I'm having a dreadful time with my chin at the moment - breakout after breakout. It's great for the days when you don't want a lot of coverage - which is most days for me if I'm being honest. The one drawback is the colour & on days when I'm running late, I'm not going to go for this because it's a bit more work to get my colour right.

Packaging is good. Easy to use. Has a liquidy, runny texture, I wouldn't say it's a 'cream'. Gives enough coverage for my skin. The shades for this product I feel needs to be improved. For the price you pay it's a fair deal. It's a good go to product when you don't feel like wearing heavy make up

Great for a natural look. It does cover redness but not much else. Its very lightweight and you don't even notice that you have it on.

I have oily and acne-prone skin so when I saw that this product aims at oily skin and it has salicylic acid, I was sold. I know salicylic acid helps with acne so it sounds like a great product for my skin.

I found this really nice as a base under my foundation. It's light on the skin and applies smoothly. I got the shade Light which is actually not that light and too pink-toned for my liking. However, I can still use it under my normal foundation but just not by itself due to the colour.

It's meant to be mattifying though and I didn't it was. Overall, I still liked this product and would repurchase it if it comes on sale. I think for the original price of $26.99, you can get cheaper and better BB creams but if you get it on sale, it's more worth it.

I actually quite like this, though I have to admit not using it on its own. I bought the light shade, which is (wonder of wonders) a little TOO pale for me, while the medium was laughably dark. Of course. SO, I actually mix this with my Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous, and the two together actually work really well! Good coverage, nice shade, and a very natural finish.

My bf actually bought me my first ever one of these for Christmas and it looks nice, really convenient can pull out and apply anywhere so is really good for just a on the go.

I loved this stuff. I have rosacea and this covered it up better then I expected. I would use on its own or mix it with a full coverage foundation if I was going for a "simple" look. Does what it says except it didnt mattify for me. It did get me a little oily around the nose but nothing tragic. Will be definitely repuchase sometime soon.

This BB cream does everything it says it does, and is especially great for evening my skin tone. I do wish it was a higher SPF for summer, however.

This one I have not used in a few years. But I have purchased it again and I am pleased to say that it is just as good now as it was back then. I really struggle to find BB creams or foundations that don't look cakey or make me break out. This one was great.

I would love to try the other one in the pink tube and may do so once this has run out.
