I really enjoyed using this product and loved the particular colour I bought! I had been trying to find lipstick where the colour would stay put and not rub off easily but after buying many 24hour long lasting lipsticks I gave up as none of them really worked. I chose this product because it had a matt finish but was still nourishing. I find it lasts a suitable amount of time before needing to reapply and I loved the colours available. Most importantly for me it was in my budget!

Tips: Definitely need to reapply after eating - especially, if like me, you're keen on kebabs, nachos or sugar covered pastries!
I absolutely loved this product ! I loved it so much I ended up buying three more of the matte colours. I love the wide range of colours they have, especially their purple ! I'd be looking for the exact shade of purple and it was the only brand that had it ! Also I love the hint of peppermint that each lippy has, it gives an amazing tingly feeling on top of the smooth creamy feeling when applying it
Tips: Buy some asap
Who cant resist a gorgeous matte lip right? I picked up this in the shade 240 Striking Spectaculaire. I typically tend to buy Revlon products because its a brand I trust. I was so excited to be buying one of their new products out at the time.
I love how this is a chubby stick compared to your average packaging. The smell typically put me off a wee bit because it smells like mint which I don't typically like anymore. I must say WOW oh WOW the colour is so pigmented!! I fell in love with how pigmented it is. Well worth $20. Looks like this product would last for ages too. Even if you used it on a daily basis. You get so much product in this chubby sick. You can wind it up and get more if need be. A little goes a very long way!
This lasts for hours on end on my lips. All day colour. May need to reapply after eating and drinking due to it being quite transferable. The formula is so creamy and hydrating. I'm so impressed. It is matte but not as matte as I would typically like it. Its still good though.
I have purchased a few other shades of this lately. Love the finish of these are they are so easy and simple to apply.
I have tried the shade 'Unapologetic'. It feels slightly dry but not enough to be uncomfortable. Which is ok, because it's matte and the colour is unbelievably bold and beautiful. It stays on for a few hours and fades evenly but does transfer easily so avoid eating and drinking if you want the bold colour to stay. I loved using the twisting pen (so no bother to reapply) and received tons of compliments. So definitely unapologetic that I tried this!
Tips: Be brave, swipe it on 2-3 times to get the full colour impact! :)
I have 2 of the Revlon Matte Balms: 240 - Striking Spectacular & 250 - Standout Remarquable. I love the creamy texture of these. I gave up wearing regular lipstick in favour of these balms. The matte texture is so creamy and delicious. My lips feel moisturised when I wear them and they also have great staying power. I have been completely converted by lip crayons!
Tips: You have to make sure your lips are moisturised before wearing as they will show up any dry skin. Also you will need to reapply after eating.
I have the shade 250 which is a lovely deep red. Its really vivid and bright. I love the matt colour, although I feel like after the initial shine has worn off it can make my lips feel dry. It lasts really well and by applying normal lip gloss on thoughout the day you can revive it.
The matt balms are my favourite and I think they are much better than the original balm stains.
I have the shades 225 - Sultry and 240 Striking and I like them both. 225 Sultry is a great nude or your-lips-but-better shade. I use it all the time and it's long lasting on my lips. I sometimes use it under lipstick but it's also great by itself.
I also love the minty smell of the balms. It's an added bonus.
These are great for every day use and the perfect must-have to have handy in your make up bag.
The colour pigmentation is great and their staying power is good too.
They're easy to apply and the formula is moisturising on your lips with a fresh minty smell.
The colours available are lovely and are perfect for nourishing and giving lips a pop of colour.
I have shameless and it's long lasting and pigmented and a great product and I would buy it in a more neutral shade but the only issue is the damn smell. It smells horrible and it's the one thing I don't like about it.
These lip balms have the perfect shape to be able to apply it. It's so easy. It also has a rather nice taste, which is not something I look for in a balm but it is an added bonus. I really love the colours you can get in this brand. I have a nice light pink that I wear on a daily basis. It is my favourite as it is quite subtle and I find it provides the perfect amount of colour. You really can't go wrong with Revlon.
