overpriced item that under delivers

I am not a fan, sadly! For someone who gets extreme cramps I was excited to try these, especially for when I am at work and can't walk around with a hottie! I found them to be uncomfortable when stuck (my skin reacted to the sticky) and it wasn't exactly "hot" or even warm. My tummy felt wet where it was stuck on...I ended up taking it off after a couple of hours. I think if it got hotter it would be better, but still think they are overpriced, especially if you are someone who is getting cramps a lot during your time of the month and need something like this a lot.

I love these!!

These little patches are wonderful, for someone like me who even with painkillers the only thing to tame old aunty flo is a hot water bottle then these patches meant I could stay at work with this little hottie working under my clothes for a good 6 hours at least. $5 was a small price to pay for not having to take a sick day.

Good idea, but not a great impact.

I saw these in the supermarket and thought 'YES!'. I don't have to walk around with a wheat bag or hot water bottle anymore. I can discreetly treat cramps with heat (which is really the only thing that relieves the pain) without advertising the fact I'm going through my cycle. Unfortunately, while these are a great idea, the heat doesn't treat my cramps for that long. Seems my body gets used to the heat quickly so it becomes less effective. And the adhesive is a little painful to remove.

Libra Hotties Heat Patches

I received a sample of this from the libra website. I found that it didn't help my cramps I did however wear this when i was at work in winter last year and it kept my body really warm. I wouldn't buy this item due to a hot water bottle does a better job and is cheaper.

Libra hotties

I get bed cramps leading up to my period and I normaly just use pain killers to take care of pain , I found that the hotties worked a little bit but not a lot for me .

Tips: If you get mild cramps then they would probly work a lot better for you than me . :)

Need more heat

Got these as a free sample and have to admit as I don't have cramps anymore thought I would stick it to my shoulder which I have alot of muscle ache from but no think I will stick to my wheat bag. I actually got one for my son's girlfriend and she said she will stick to her hot water bottle.

More like Libra Warmies

I got a free sample of these and thought it was a great idea. I get bad cramps so though that it would be good to stick on when I can't carry my hot water bottle around. Unfortunately they didn't do the trick for me. It was slightly warm but after a while my body must've got used to the heat and I could hardly feel it anymore. I wouldn't buy them.

Libra Hotties Heat Patches

I received a free sample of these. I do not suffer from period cramps however I thought it might help with sore neck or upset tummy as I would normally use a hot water bottle. It didn't really help with either. You can feel the warmth through the pad however it is just a mild warm and your body adjusts to it pretty quickly and you no longer really feel it. I did like the fact that you could stick it on your body and walk around without worrying about it falling off but that was about the only thing I liked. These are ok but not great

Not what I expected

I brought some as I suffer from bad cramps at that time of the month and thought hey neat what a great idea.

I found they looked like a over size tea bag and placed it on myself were needed as per instructions I found by the end of one hour it had not heated that much at all and did not provide any relief and it also did not stick very well.

I will not be buying or using these ever again I feel they are a waste of money and the good old wheat pack does a better job.
