I was really excited to try this product since I'd heard it was a dupe for Gimme Brow.
I have the transparent one, which in all honestly is like just sticking some gel on your brows.
I also have one of the tinted ones, which I prefer because it adds the colour and definition to your brows, while also setting them in shape.
I like the brush it comes with, it's easy to use and it applies cleanly (the formula doesn't clog up). To look at, it's like a half sized mascara brush.
Overall, it does what it claims to, but unless you have dark brows that you don't want to add colour to, I'd recommend the tinted brow plumper.
It's thanks to getting the Incredible Eyes BBBE that I have discovered this wee gem. I have fine, blonde eyebrows in real life, but have been trying to disguise that fact since I was about 14 years old! At first by using terrible black eyeliner that undoubtedly made me look like a Goth on steroids, then later with much softer brown eyeshadow that didn't last the day, and then a vast array of brown pencils, tints etc. I've been pretty happy with some of those, and less happy with others. Such is the life of a Beauty Addict. Anyway, I was pleasantly impressed with this L'Oreal Brow Plumper! It is a great colour and pigment - quite dark, but I like that, and it really does "plump" them up. My hairs are sparse in places, due to misguided over-plucking when a teenager (why, or why did I do that??), and this fills them out nicely, without too much hassle. It lasts all day and then some, very long wearing, and tames and keeps the hairs in place. It's easy to add shape with it too. My only gripe is that given the texture and long wear, it's difficult to wipe of the skin when you make a mistake in shaping/combing it on. But hey, for the price, it really is a bargain. I'll definitely be buying it again.
Tips: Be careful applying it! It's worth taking a bit more time, as when you make a mistake, it's tough to remove from the skin.
