I read Kellie's blog on this and was motivated to go get a new one. I stupidly bought another Remington straightener to save money and ended up having to take it back due to it being faulty. I bit the bullet and purchased this one and received a $70 savings for using my Farmer's Club Card. I love the weight of it, feels sturdy and good quality. It heats up in seconds and it so easy to use. It has an amazingly long cord and swivels at the base, eliminating tangles. I love the look, with the black and rose gold...very flash! It perfectly straightens my hair and makes me feel very confident heading out. The only issue that I have with it is that it doesn't come with a heat protective travel bag.
