It's not a brush. It's not a flat iron. It's not a curling iron. It's the InStyler® rotating hot iron!

The InStyler rotating hot iron is a totally new styling and straightening tool unlike any hair styling product ever invented!

The secret to the InStyler iron lies in its rotating heated polishing cylinder, along with four rows of precision-aligned bristles.

Here's how it works when you run the InStyler rotating hot iron through your hair, the first set of bristles gently sort and separate your hair strands. Then the rotating heated polishing cylinder gently glides over your hair, smoothly polishing, straightening, and styling each strand. Finally, the second set of bristles puts the finishing touch on your hair, leaving you with shiny, silky, hair! It's truly amazing!

And the best part is, because of the InStyler rotating hot iron's patented design, your hair won't get smashed and baked by the super-intense heat of a flat iron or other "hot" tools. In fact, the InStyler rotating hot iron uses less heat than traditional hot tools, and delivers better results. How? Because the InStyler rotating hot iron's gentle heat in conjunction with the rotating motion of the polishing cylinder literally polishes your hair strands individually so it doesn't need extreme heat to get amazing results.

Your hair will be shinier, bouncier and full of lift and life!

Plus, the InStyler rotating hot iron does so much more than any styling tool out there. Get lift and fullness – right from the root! Get a sexy flip in seconds. Straighten even the toughest, most coarse hair – and still get fullness and style without the stick-straight "flatness" of a flat iron. Do a full style in 8 minutes – and change it again in two minutes! Wrap your hair around the rotating polishing cylinder – and get an amazing curl that lasts all day!

If you can hold it, you can do it with the InStyler rotating hot iron!

Pretty crappy

I think if you purchase one of these you are a sucker for infomercials (I know I am!). This is such a gimmicky product that just doesn't do what it says it will. It made my hair feel yucky, more straw like and dry and it definitely did not smooth if out, if anything this made my hair MORE frizzy! I found it tricky to handle and use as well. And it is so noisy!

Tips: Avoid! So not worth your hard earned money!

Sinful Singing.

It literally burnt my hair. It's drying, annoying (sound wise) and the curls that it SOMETIMES makes, last for like an hour. I would not use this again, my hair smelt horrible after using it and it lacked shine. It got tangled caught.

Tips: Just don't go there.

Pretty easy to use if you are not good with your hair. Very damaging though. This tool gets very hot on the hair and because it is held in the hair longer than a straightening iron it really fries the hair.

Tips: If you love it and have to use it just sweep through the hair once very quickly. Don't use on foiled, bleached or chemically treated hair. Use a heat protecting product if you must use it but it will still fry your hair

Need lots of practice!

My Man got me this last xmas saying I'm always complaining about my crazy hair! Its pretty weird to use at first as its really big and clunky and rather alot heavier then my old Remington straightener. Still I gave away the old one and stuck with the instyler. It comes with a heat guard so you don't burn your head and I didn't take that off till about 6 months of using. I can't for the life of me get it to curl my hair at all (probably just me being unco) But it does a good job straightening. I only need to use it on the middle setting as it is pretty hot (My hair is really really thick) but I can do nice big chunks of hair at a time effectively, which does make it alot quicker to use, not to mention how quick it is to heat up. Now I only really use it to tame my funny sticky-outy bits on bad hair days as I can't be bothered straightening everyday, not to mention how frizzy it gets with heat used on it everyday.

Tips: Because of the size it is a little tricky to get it right in near your roots, If thats really important to you or if you have short hair, I'd suggest trying the smaller instyler, that should get you nice and close but I don't really know as I've never got my hands on that particular one :)

I love my Instyler!

I really love it! I found it smooths my fine , flyaway hair down, quickly and easily. It makes it smooth and lovely and shiny and gives it a nice curl under , rather than just straightening . I used on a friend of mine, whose hair was looking really ratty, and it smoothed down all her sticky out bits, and made it look so much healthier. I have quite fine hair, maybe its not so good for people with thicker hair, I don't know, but I found it works perfectly! I have the smaller barrel one, and I still use it with the guard to prevent burning myself, I find the guard a great addition! I don't tend to use it for curling my hair, as I do find that other products to the curling better, but for straightening , its awesome.

Tips: Like any hair product, to get the right results you need to practice. You need to section off your hair, to do it in layers and then you get amazing results. My friend bought one on my recommendation, and she loves it too.

LOVE IT!!

Works like a charm! I couldnt believe that it done what tv had said it would haha im not really a firm believer that most the products on tv work, but this one was the exception. Made my hair nice and flat, it had a nice shine to it after, and when i applied the serum i use, my hair was the best i had seen it in ages!

Dumbest contraption I've ever put near my head

Im not sure what it is, but maybe you need to be a rocket scientist to operate this contraption?? All I know is I tried to use it, and something happened? Maybe it's because I was using the mirror or held it in my hand the wrong way?? Because it spun in the opposite direction to my hair shaft and wrecked some of my hair. LOL I guess it's okayyyy if someone else does it, but for me.. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Id rather use a straightener or a curler. I'm glad I tried my mums one n didn't buy one myself.

Tips: Don't buy it. Use a curler or straightener. For real. LOL

Not great

Sorry ladies but in all honesty, this didn't work at all for me. I used it as the instructions said but it did not work at all! I found that the effect it had on my hair was as if I had just put the blow dryer through it for a minute. Really dry, no sheen to it, was not straight at all and the list goes on. I felt that it didn't heat up much at all and really wasn't effective. Bottom line is that it did not do the job at all.

Sadly Dissapointed

I received this as a gift and was so excited. I watched the DVD, read the information booklet and even went online and watched the tutorials. I have med-longish hair and thought it would give me lovely natural waves. How wrong was I. I couldn't even straighten my hair. It left kinks and when I tried to curl it they dropped out within a matter of minutes. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with hair longer than chin level.

Tips: Keep a steady tension on the unit.

no no no, just no

me and my sister in-law brought the two for one deal on tv, after talking about it for a while, if we really wanted to or not. so when we finally got it in the mail, we pulled them out and tryed them. now i have long thick hair and my sister in-law has mid thin hair, and we both hated them! yes it does make your hair feel nicer than a hot straighter going thought your hair, but thats about it :( its so big and bulky and you easily burn yourself. i tried curling with it once, and never again! i still have this product and only use it maybe once every 2months when my hair isnt feeling the best and dried out, but only if i really need to.
