First of all you need alot of product ( just like the shampoo ) I have thick hair and alot of it. My hair gets quite oily so I tend to just leave the roots and scalp and only condition mid length down. I left the conditioner in for a few minutes before washing out. After rinsing, my hair was very knotty and felt dried out . After leaving my hair to dry it was still very knotty which Is super annoying. But a few days later it becomes softer/cleaner and looks really shiny without the oily look to it.
Very much a if it's in my bathroom I'll use it, if not , then I won't rush to grab more.
