L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Fibralogy Conditioner Review

I should have trialled a different range of L'oreal Elvive as my hair is already thick so I can't really review this honestly to say if it worked for me with regards to making it thicker.. my hair didn't feel any different. What I can say is that my hair normally frizzes after a wash and this didn't do that for me, I also had less fly away's which I was happy about. The scent is lovely, the first day I used this I was in a rush and forgot to put perfume on before leaving home but a work colleague commented that I smelled like flowers.. happy with the product overall and will definitely use again but not for thickness purposes

I’ve been using the L’Oreal Paris Elvive Fibralogy Shampoo & Conditioner over the last few weeks and I’ve never been happier with how thick my hair looks. I’ve even been getting away with not using any texture sprays or volumizing powder! The conditioner smells great, has a nice thick texture and is easy to apply and rinse. I’ve used the product every second day since I received it a few weeks back and there is still plenty left. My hair is soft to touch, has more volume, visibly looks thicker and has a beautiful shine. This product does exactly what it says it will. I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

I have been using this product for 3 weeks with washes every second day and I would like to be one of those people who say that this product did wonders for my thinning hair but I have to be honest, it didnt thicken it at all. It did however smell amazing and made my hair feel soft and shiny, especially after blowdrying and straighening. I would use this product again as I like the way it made my hair feel, but would I recommend it to a friend who was desperately looking for something to thicken their hair? no unfortunately.

Like the shampoo, I love this product - although not yet for its thickening properties as that has yet to occur with my super fine hair. I think this potentially has something to do with how often I wash my hair (about once every three days) so that could be slowing down any results. Other than that this conditioner is wonderful! It doesnt weigh my hair down or make it at all greasy (which is a big thing for me as I have such fine hair that any heavy products make it greasy soooo easily), instead it adds shine and volume to my limp hair which I'm loving! Overall a really nice produce (with nice packaging) and while I am yet to notice any thickening, I will definately be re purchasing once I run out :)

I trialed the Fibralogy conditioner in conjunction with the shampoo. Although at first I was skeptical that it could make my fine hair thicker, I have to say it really worked! The conditioner left my hair feeling wonderfully soft, without making it a greasy mess like other conditioners can do. When using the Fibralogy range I found that after a few weeks my hair really was thicker and had more body and movement, which was amazing for someone with quite fine hair like mine.

The conditioner doesn't have a really noticeable fragrance. It's a nice thick consistency which feels nice when you are applying it, and it instantly releases any tangles in your hair. After using the Fibralogy conditioner my hair was shiny, beautiful and full of body - just how hair should be!

I was skeptical that this product line would actually live up to the claims that it will thicken hair from the inside out, that is a pretty amazing claim after all. I am not totally sure that this (combined with the shampoo) thickened my hair but it definitely made it healthier, shiner and feel stronger! The conditioner makes your hair feel like how the hair on hair adverts looks (hopefully that makes sense), it feels so silky and soft, I was very impressed. The conditioner also washes out easily, leaving hair feeling moisturised but not greasy. Definitely recommend.

Smells amazingly and works perfect for my hair, however would recommend both the shampoo and conditioner to someone who has thinner hair as the product does wok after a few washes.

I really do love the smell of this conditioner.. but as for thickening I think it makes my hair too thick, which I don't like.. probably would not repurchase

Whilst I LOVE the double serum in this range, I am not quite as impressed with the shampoo and conditioner.

The condtioner is thick and creamy and very nice to use, has a pleasant perfume. To begin with, I did not notice any difference in the thickness of my hair but after about a week and half of using both the shampoo and conditioner, there was a bit of thickening/extra body. I am HUGE fan of L'Oreal, but I use mainly their Salon products and although I liked this product, it didn't thrill me enough to change to it. I would say it's definitely worth a try though to anyone who would like more body! The conditioner perhaps wasn't quite nourishing enough for the ends of my coloured hair but it did a very good job all the same. I must say that I really like the Fibralogy products and I did see and feel a difference in the thickness of my hair. However I'm not totally sure that it wasn't just the serum that made the difference. I will buy a bottle of the serum and trial this by itself to be sure. Thank you for the opportunity to trial this range.

I trialled this product with the Fibralogy shampoo, I don't think you can really use one without the other as the shampoo made my hair difficult to brush without the conditioner and I don't put conditioner on my scalp which is where I need the most volume.

My hair is thin, straight and long.

The packaging is very pretty and looks expensive and professional.

This conditioner is very thick in consistency, more like a treatment than a conditioner, so you don't accidently squeeze too much out and a little goes a long way; I've used this 6 times and still have half the bottle left so it's well worth the price. The bottle is a little top heavy though so it kept falling off the side of my bath tub.

I'm sensitive to fragrance but this didn't bother me, it smells sweet but pleasant.

After my first wash I noticed no change to my hair and was disappointed but then I read the bottle and it said the thickening is more noticeable wash after wash and lo and behold after wash number two and beyond I was pleasantly suprised; I definately had more texture and volume, whether wet or dry, blow dryed or not, brushed or unbrushed, although I feel this was more from the shampoo than the conditioner.

I would recommend this to use in conjunction with the Fibralogy shampoo if you have hair like me as I'm up to wash number 6 now and my hair is looking and feeling thicker and fuller which is exactly what I wanted and exactly what the product said it would do although I feel this was more from the shampoo than the conditioner.
