L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Arginine Resist Shampoo Review

First of all Thanks BR for giving me the opportunity to trial this product for you!

My hair was prone to hair fall when brushing and washing, so I was really keen to give this product a try.

Like most people this first thing I did when i got this was to open the lid and smell it, I instantly liked it, a sort of citrusy floral scent, nice! The scent is not to over powering however you can smell it on your hair after washing for a while which is always good. I found you definitely don't need too much to get it up to a really good lather either.

I feel like since I have started using this the amount if hair fall I have had has rather reduced - my hair feels healthier and so much stronger, even has a long lasting healthy shine to it.

I love the packaging! The black and pink really stands out amongst the other shampoos and conditioners in the supermarket.

I would definitely use this product again, as it did reduce the amount of hair falling out and built strength in my hair. which I was really happy with. Definately recommend to anybody who experiences weak hair that tends to fall out while washing or brushing!

I got this to trial and have been using only this for many washes with great results.

I have a very sensitive and dry scalp and often have issues with products irritating my scalp further. I am happy to say this did not irritate my scalp yet really did impress me in all other aspects.

I like how much this lathers and how easy it is to spread through the hair. This along with the silkiness of the shampoo means you don't have to use a lot to get the job done.

I don't find this leaves my hair feeling striped but still gives my hair and scalp a good clean. I do think this has reduced hair fallout too which is awesome.

The only thing I could say to improve this product would be a better scent. The scent isn't horrible but isn't my favourite Shampoo scent either.

I would definitely consider repurchasing this and think it is great value for money.

Disappointed with this one unfortunately. It definitely did help to reduce hair fall, so the product did what it 'should', however, the fragrance, I found so disgusting I struggled to use the whole bottle. Fragrance needs changing but otherwise an average product

I enjoyed using this shampoo. I liked the fragrance, not too overpowering and quite pleasant. It gave a very good lather and I did not have quite the same amount of hair falling out as usual - for this short trial it was hard to ascertain if it was the same amount as claimed on the bottle, but hair fall was definitely reduced. My hair was left feeling very soft and I would use it again.

I found this product smelt great, lathered well and cleansed without the feeling of stripping my hair and leaving it squeaky clean. For me cleansing twice always helps my oily scalp and this product definitely did the trick for me.

The only downfall I found that it didn't necessarily follow through on the huge claims and I didn't notice much a a difference regarding hair fall.

Overall great conditioner though.

At first I was blown away with this shampoo! It came in pretty black and pink colours and smells amazing!! After the first use my hair felt incredibly soft which is always a bonus and the amount of hair falling decreased by easily 90%. I went from almost a handful of loose strands to one or two and was completely impressed! However after a week and a bits use I noticed my hair fallage was back to where I started from. I'm not sure why..I will however buy this shampoo again as it smells amazing and made my hair really soft

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical as to wether or not this product would actually make my hair stronger and more resistant to hair fall but I am hands down blown away!

When I first saw that this product was being trialled I got very excited. My hair had been falling out a ridiculous amount- the most I had ever experienced and I was beginning to be concerned. After a few days of using this shampoo in combination with the conditioner the amount of hair fall was significantly reduced and I could feel my hair was so much stronger.

The shampoo itself is really lovely to use, It has a pleasant smell which is hard to describe but isn't overpowering at all and lingers for a bit after you wash - leaving your hair smelling really lovely and clean. It lathers nicely and is easy to rinse. I like to do 2 washes to make sure my hair is thoroughly clean. You really only need a little bit and I tend to use more conditioner as my hair is long and thick so I don't think I will run out of shampoo quicker by doing this.

Another plus is the packaging. I absolutely adore it! Its very glam-chic and just a bit fancier than your average shampoo bottle.

This is a great shampoo and I will most likely be repurchasing this once its done.

After reading the packaging which stated 65% less fall out after just one wash, I was super keen to try this out!

The smell and texture are typical of any other shampoo, white and mildly fruity. So I squeezed out a bunch and washed my hair!

I am amazed at how silky my hair is after using this for about a week. And although it hasn't stopped as much hair fallout as I had hoped for, it has made a difference which is a win from me!

When I saw this product was available through beauty review I jumped at the chance of getting to trial and review a product I believed would do me good. The packaging looks smart, sleek and elegant, and it smells pretty good as well. Upon using it for the first time, I found that the shampoo didn't give me that nice 'clean' feeling you get with other shampoos such as head and shoulders. I used this product for a week before I ran out, and I cannot honestly say I have seen a huge difference in the amount of hair fall I have been experiencing. But, my hair is most definitely stronger than it has been in the past.

I have washed my hair every second day with this product over the last 1.5 weeks and wow i have truly noticed a difference! I was interested in this range due to the fact i have a lot of hair fall on a daily basis - I have noticed about a 50% reduction in hair fall since trialling this product, it is great for strengthening ones hair. I also have naturally slightly oily hair so i felt it didn't quite strip it clean enough so i shampooed twice and that worked great! It doesn't smell fantastic but it does make your hair look and feel healthy, i have noticed a bit more shine & softness over the past week. It is nourishing fir your hair and this to me is proven by when i used this twice without the conditioner as i forgot to take that to the gym, usually this would be a nightmare for my long thick hair but surprisingly it was quite well conditioned after the wash solely! Overall i think this product is great for what its designed to do and feel it would work great on dry hair also!
