TRESemme Colour Revitalise Colour Fade Protection Shampoo Review

I've been dying my hair for around 7 years now, I started using this shampoo around 12 months ago and I'll never use anything else. it leaves my hair shiny and healthy looking. Never have an issue with dryness or split ends. I also have curly hair but this shampoo works wonders. Doesn't make my hair frizzy or add too much volume. Its absolutely perfect.

I have to start by saying my hairdresser is always commenting on how healthy my hair is and I use nothing but this and the matching conditioner so I am guessing it is definitely keeping my hair 'healthy looking'. This can be bought in two different sizes at my local supermarket and is regularly on special making it ultra affordable for my whole family. Professional quality? I have used several professional salon brands and no I don't think this is as good. My colour doesn't fade any slower than using any other standard supermarket brand. I like how you can buy it in a pump or flip top. The flip top allows you to drain the whole container by placing it upside down when nearing the end of use. And a little goes quite a long way, even with long hair. It does massage through nicely and is pleasant smelling and creamy. And it rinses well. I will continue to use as it is a nice shampoo and is cost effective.

I have always been a big fan of TRESemme so when I dyed my hair black of course I had to protect it from fading too fast...enter TRESemme Colour Revitalise Colour Fade Protection Shampoo. I think that the $12 I paid for such a huge bottle is great value or so I thought after reading the promises on the label.

I used it for a total of 8 washes which is two weeks and within that time the colour fade was worse than it even was before using the shampoo. Where was my protection from colour fade?! It was missing. I do love how it leaves my hair so soft and manageable after use but that I can get from any other cheaper shampoo. I wanted the protection but it failed miserably. The texture is so creamy so I didn't have to use alot which made it last a long time but how is that a bonus when it doesn't work.

I don't like how you get the product out either it's too hard to squeeze the right amount out without it slipping out of my soapy grasp. I would prefer a pump bottle. It would save dropping, and wastage. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone if they asked my opinion. It makes your hair smell and feel great but not protect it. All in all it's a big let down for me.

It was ok but I didn't feel that my hair colour lasted any longer than normal. Still a good shampoo though.

I used this when I would regularly dye my hair and it worked quite well, wasn't too harsh and smelled nice. Good product

I've been using this for years now! I love that you can buy it in the big bottles. I usually buy it at the Warehouse when they have a good special on and stock up. As for the Shampoo itself I feel like it just does the job. It isn't anything special but it does do the trick. I use this on my dyed blonde hair and I'm not sure whether it really does make my hair colour last any longer as I have nothing to compare it to.

This is my go to standard shampoo! I've found that it leaves my hair feeling quite soft which other colour protects dont always do. While it does a decent job of protecting my colour, I'd say its above other supermarket brands but not as good as investing in a quality salon one. It also comes in a massive bottle which I find last ages, and the pump system is great. So overall its a good value-for-money product, but not the best colour protection product around. I use this in conjunction with the conditioner.

This product does what it says it will, the shampoo I choose when I have coloured my hair. Colour last longer and leaves hair looking shiny, the smell of my hair after using it is so good. Cost abit but is worth it when your colour last.

This is my go to shampoo, I may try others but for now this is the one I fall back on. Its good for my coloured hair and leaves it shiny and lovely. It smells delicious and Im a big fan of products that leave my hair smelling amazing
