I loved this oil for my hair, it tends to be curly and frizzy so was great to calm down the friz and make it super soft. I was worried it would make my hair a bit heavy and greasy however it was very light weight !

This product is nice and thick - perfect for severely dry and damaged hair. A little goes a long way - if you have super thin hair, this may be too heavy. But for my hair, it soaks it up fast and feels like it seals my split ends, stops frizz and makes it look super healthy! Love this.
I love this product, I have naturally curly hair however I straighten my hair every day, this product has kept my hair as healthy as it can be, and also does a great job of keeping it shiny and looking neat and tidy. This product does a great job of keeping your hair hydrated and shiny.
Moroccanoil Moroccan Oil was the first ever hair oil I tried. I purchased it after being recommended it for my hair, which at the time had many highlights through it so the lengths were very dry and damaged. I have naturally quite normal hair in thickness (not thick or fine) but tend to get an oilier scalp with dry lengths and ends, and have always had trouble with split ends.
I applied this to the lengths and ends of my wet hair after washing. You really only need a small amount of this, and I found my bottle lasted me almost a year.
It left my hair sooo soft and shiny and converted me to being a hair oil fan. At the time I was straightening my hair most days as well, so would also use this on dry hair to add a little moisture back in, rubbing a small amount between my palms and smoothing it over my hair. This also helped heaps with taming pesky flyaways.
I also LOVE the smell of this which is quite incensey and lingered on the hair, it helps make it feel like your hair is getting a really luxurious treatment when you use it.
I'm not that big a fan on the packaging of the Moroccan Oil. I've since used hair oil in both spray and pump forms as well as the screw cap bottle, and I much prefer them as I find it's too easy for the oil to come pouring out of the bottle so you can end up using more product than you needed.
I probably wouldn't purchase this again purely due to the price factor, I found for my needs that other oils such as L'Oreal Mythic Oil worked just as well on my hair. I would still recommend it to others based on the quality of the product, it really is fantastic.
Tips: Pour slowly as you only need a small amount to do the job!
Moroccanoil® really does what it says it's going to. Using a very small pump (a lot goes a long way) after a shower conditions and nourishes your hair perfectly. I also found that my hair stays fresher and shinier for a longer amount of time! Very pleased! :)
Tips: You will be most satisfied with the results if you use on damp hair
such a nice oil and easy to use, you can work this through the hair easy enough and is good for keeping down the frizz and fly aways, not to keen on the price though!
Tips: only use a little bit and work it into your hair from underneath going through the midlengths and ends and dont apply to the roots or your hair will look oily and unclean!
I got so kindly gifted this from my best friend. I loved this oil, it saved my hair after over processing of bleach. I will definitely repurchase and recommend to a friend!
Tips: After applying to the ends of the hair, massage the excess on elbows and knees for extra hydration.
Love this product! Use it on myself as well as my daughter. Our hair has never felt better. A good detangler also.
I have fine hear that can get greasy easily, but it’s also super fluffy. This is my favourite hair oil by far - I’ve also tried Davines and the leave in conditioner spray from gisou. The Moroccan oil is super nourishing, smells nice and not too heavy! Only downside is the price
Tips: I put it in my hands to warm the oil up and then apply to ends and work upwards
I use this oil on my damp hair after the shower and also on my dry hair if it is looking a little thirsty.
I do find it makes my hair feel more moisturised, soft and a little bit shiny. It doesn't make my hair greasy at all. I also love the smell. Can't say I have ever noticed it speed up dry time though.
I have very dry thick blonde hair that is prone to frizz. I would probably recommend the light version of this oil for anyone with thinner hair or hair that is more prone to being weighed down by products. This is quite a thick oil.
While this product is expensive, the bottle is pretty big and depending on how long your hair is, a bottle can last a pretty long time.
Tips: A little goes a long way. Start at the ends of your hair and use leftovers on your hands to smooth flyaways closer to your roots.
