L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Fibralogy Shampoo Review

I have fine curly hair. I was so happy to be able to trial this shampoo out because I think my hair really needs it!

I have been using it the whole time since receiving the product. I wash my hair with shampoo every second day. First impression was that it smells nice! I thought that at least if it didn't work my hair would smell nice.

Since actually washing my hair with the shampoo I feel like not as much haor comes out in the shower so that's definitely a positive for me. I cant say exactly whether it has thickened my hair but I'm definitely happy to use this shampoo. The price is great, and I barely need to use much.

I was very excited to be chosen to trial this shampoo, I have very fine hair and wish for more volume. From the first time using this shampoo I could feel my hair had more volume, after blow drying it looked thicker but had fluffy ends, in which I just tamed with a straightener and serum. Because I found it quite drying to my hair I tried using it every second wash and found that better for my hair. It has a very pleasant scent and I think the packaging is very attractive. I would definitely use this shampoo again and recommend it to anyone wanting more volume!

Thick creamy shampoo with a pleasant fragrance. Only needed a pea size amount which lathered up really well. However I have fine straight hair and didn't notice any difference in volume or with my hair feeling thicker. I would purchase this product in the future.

I have fine hair, and I am very fussy on the shampoo and conditioner I will use on my hair. This product is loverly it leaves my hair silky and shinny it does not leave it dry at all or to heavy, o feels clean and I can go for two days before I need to wash it, which I like. I don't think my hair feels any thicker though . But that's does not worry me too much clean shinny well behaved hair that I get from this shampoo is great. I will use this shampoo and conditioner again and it smells good .

I should have trialled a different range of L'oreal Elvive as my hair is already thick so I can't really review this honestly to say if it worked for me with regards to making it thicker.. my hair didn't feel any different. What I can say is that my hair normally frizzes after a wash and this didn't do that for me, I also had less fly away's which I was happy about. The scent is lovely, the first day I used this I was in a rush and forgot to put perfume on before leaving home but a work colleague commented that I smelled like flowers.. happy with the product overall and will definitely use again but not for thickness purposes

Love this product! I think I’ve finally found the cure to my fine hair issue! I’ve been using the L’Oreal Paris Elvive Fibralogy Shampoo & Conditioner over the last few weeks and I’ve never been happier with how thick my hair looks. At first I thought it might just be my imagination, but then my family and friends started asking if I was having some kind of specialist treatment done to make my hair thicker!! The shampoo smells great, has a nice thick texture and is easy to apply and rinse. I’ve used the product every second day since I received it a few weeks back and there is still plenty left. My hair is clean, soft to touch, visibly looks thicker and has never looked healthier. This product does exactly what it says it will. I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

To just put it out there, I love this shampoo, and will definitely be repurchasing once I'm out. It made my hair much smoother and shinier and I actually noticed after each wash ,y hair actually had a bit of volume to it, even after just air drying (which is a big deal for me cause my hair is so fine and limp, its a constant battle for volume!). I havent noticed any thickening of my fine hair, but I'm holding out hope that it is yet top happen as I have been trying to decrease how often I wash my hair, so I went from washing it everyday to only once every two or often three days. So I think this could have effected the results as it would take longer to see any real change. So fingers crossed within the next two months or so I see some change! other than that, I totally love this product, my hair stays clean for a lot longer and it feels much softer and healthier.

I have been using this product along with the conditioner for the last 3 weeks with washes every 2nd day and I have to be honest, It didnt thicken my hair at all. The smell however was amazing and it did make my hair feel soft and shiny, so for that reason I will continue to use it. I wouldnt recommend to a friend if they were looking for something to thicken their hair, but for beautiful soft shiny hair? yes!

Having used a lot of different products which claim to thicken up fine hair in the past, I was a bit skeptical to the claims that Fibralogy would actually make my hair thicker. However after using this shampoo for a few weeks I can say it definitely works! This product gives my hair more body and life, as well as reducing flyaways which makes it much more manageable when I try to style it.

The fragrance of the shampoo isn't anything spectacular - certainly not the kind of shampoo that will make people want to sniff your hair (maybe that's a good thing), but given how effective the shampoo is I don't really care that it doesn't make my hair smell like roses. It has a nice consistency when you lather your hair, it creates more of a thick foam than handfuls of frothy bubbles. It left my hair feeling clean without being stripped of all of its oils, and in combination with the Fibralogy conditioner my hair felt perfectly cared for and full of body.

I was pretty skeptical about using this shampoo, it does have rather big claims. Saying that it can thicken hair from the inside out is quite an amazing concept. My hair is relatively thin and very dry. After using this shampoo combined with the conditioner I'll admit my hair felt so much healthier. It is hard to test whether it actually got thicker or not but it was so soft, so shiney, and had no hint of haystack hair left! The shampoo cleanses very well without leaving my hair feeling dry (you know that horrible, still wet but brittle feeling?) so I was pretty thrilled! I will continue to use this product as it has definitely improved the condition of my hair!
