Dove Damage Therapy Intensive Repair Shampoo & Conditioner

If youre on a budget this is one of the better cheaper sets. A good moisturizing formula. Not exactly my favorite but it's not the worst I've tried.

My hair is really colour treated and I don't know if that was the problem but it seemed to emphasise my frizzy wild hair. My hair is quite long and this just didn't seem to help it at all. Disappointing because it seems that a lot of people really like it. I guess I'll just stick to my tried and true.

I picked these up from New World in my last grocery shop. They were on special for $5 each. The bottle is 320ml. They both have a flip top lid, I like how the conditioner sits on the lid as it makes it easier to get out of the bottle.

Both have a lovely fragrance. The shampoo does a great job at leaving my hair feeling clean and it is not harsh at all. It is very thick and creamy and lathers nicely. I have coloured hair and get colour wash out with this, however it does not say it is colour safe so that is my fault.

The conditioner is beautiful and thick also. It spreads well throughout my long hair. I like to let it sit for a good 5 minutes while I go about my shower.  It is targeted at damaged hair and has Nutri- Keratin repair actives which says it nourishes to repair the appearance of even the most damaged hair.

I get very minimal colour wash out with this which I am happy about because it leaves my hair looking amazing.  Super soft and shiny and my frizz is under control. The amazing scent lingers all day.

This is a lovely shampoo and conditioner duo which definitely work very well together.  Great, affordable products which I would definitely repurchase.

Your average duo that works together nicely. The shampoo cleanses and gives our hair a nice, healthy touch, while the conditioner nourishes the cleansed hair with more moisture... My hair felt strong, healthy and smooth after showering..

They have no extra perfume smell... so it’s perfect for those who don’t like their hair products strongly scented... It’s perfect for the whole family.

I use this a deep conditioner, i leave the conditoner in my hair (dry) for anywhere between 30 minutes to overnight depending on how much hydration i want in my hair. As a chronic hair dyer and bleacher this is my saving grace! It leaves my hair feeling silky and smooth without the frizz and weight that other repair shampoos/conditioners leave my hair with

This set wasn't really a product that tuck to its name it's meant to protect your hair against damage nd help damaged hair but the more I tried to apply shampoo the more it felt as if the product was just shipping more hair and a si applied more conditioner it's felt as if I win only lathering definitely not recommended for textured hair

Didn't like this set. It promised to repair my hair and make it more healthy, instead my hair ended up being more frizzy and very dry. I liked the smell but I definitely expected more from a company like Dove, and also for what I had paid for it.

I do have very high-maintenance hair that is dry, brittle, thick and long but I thought that this product would pull through. I'm sure that it works for many people, due to it's popularity, but it just didn't work for me. My hair looked duller than ever from this.

After colouring my hair, I really needed something that would make my hair feel smooth and healthy. These products done it for me. I also have really bad ends, so for me, this product was able to help in that area. After one use, my hands glided through my hair and now, am a firm believer in its powers :) Absolutely love them :)

i have used only one hair care brand when I was growing up. But due to living in a country with major air pollution, my hair got really dry and damaged. I tried a variety of shampoos and conditioners but none worked until I found Dove. It worked like a charm. My hair was smoother and stronger. I have been using Dove for over 4 years now and I'm quite happy with it. But recently, I dry and straighten my hair quite often. I think I am damaging it again. Dove is great but I should take better care of my hair. Maybe I should consider using hair mask.
