Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free Review

This is such a lovely product and I was so excited to be given the opportunity to try it.I It is a lovely silky liquid which glides onto my skin. I chose the medium shade which is perfect for my skin tone.It has great coverage and it blends evenly onto my skin.It has a pleasant smell.The packaging is great. It has a smaal nozzle and when you squeeze the tube a small amount comes out easily. This is great as it doesnt squirt out everywhere.This product has a lovely glow It doesnt leave my skin greasy or shiny.Will definitly be adding this product to my makeup bag.Love this product

My first impression of this was 'oh no it's going to be too dark for me!' However I wassurprised when I put it on my face. I left it to settle for a couple of minutes and it seemed to blend in. The oil free formula is really watery, like REALLY watery, not at all what I expected, but it doesn't affect application too much. I have used this on its own, with powder on top, with primer and foundation and I have to say I really like it. It makes my skin feel smooth to the touch and works really well with my Kat von D foundation. I still get oily by the end of the day and need to touch up with powder, but that is like me with most things. It provides enough moisture so I don't need to use anything else. I think the colour could be lighter still as I'm very pale and I felt it was a touch orange, by under my regular foundation that didn't matter. Overall, after testing it out for a week, I like it and would definitely buy it again. Having SPF is really important to me too :)

I have a combination skin type but at 59 find it is getting dryer. I have mild rosacea and of course age spots that I found this BB cream did slightly diminish. As I rarely wear foundation, generally just a tinted moisturiser, I was keen to try this product. Unfortunately even though I have fairish skin I found it a bit light to put on although it did blend in after about 10 minutes. I would like to try a slightly darker shade. It has a good consistency which I applied with my finger and was fairly easy to apply but did need smoothing into the skin. Personally I found it a bit too matt to begin but found that went away after about half an hour. I did mix it with a bit of tinted moisturiser which worked better for me. I apply at about 8am and cannot see it when I am home at 4pm. I haven't bought this type of product before but consider the cost and the amount very reasonable compared to the high end brands. I am happy to say that the writing/colouring on the packaging makes it easy to read and not too small as so many products have, which we "oldies" have trouble reading. I don't think it boosted any "healthy glow" as I found it too matt to do that, however, it did even my skin tone a little. I would recommend it to a friend to try as it is a fair price and easy to use, especially if they have an oily skin.

I was very lucky to be able to trial this BB cream. It is my first time using one and was pleasantly surprised. I have combination skin, usually more hormonal at certain times of the month. Apart from the initial using of the product (it is VERY runny) I got used to getting it out slowly and refraining from squeezing to hard. It was easy to apply and I did this with my fingers as I would my moisturiser. My skin felt great, and I skipped my usual foundation. It felt nice and light and my skin could breathe. It did even out my skin tone to some extent, but there were still a few patches I wished had been covered, It is more a sheer/light coverage and I am used to more a meduim cover with my foundation. The second day I opted for my usual moisturiser first, then BB cream. I also put an extra wee but more over my cheeks that showed the red flaws I was trying to cover. I felt that it was enough to go to work without foundation or concealer. 3rd day and ones there after, I continued to use moisturiser first, then BB cream, then set it with a little powder. I had a small breakout, so also used a little concealer but had to play around to blend it in, as it was quite obvious what I had done! My skin feels and looks better for using the product and I continue to use it to see what happens in 4 weeks time with continued use. As I do not need to be 'made up' for work, this lighter, more sheer coverage is suitable, but if I was going out in the weekend, I would definitely want more coverage, My face did seem to have a more radiant look, and looked shine free for the most part of the day. My skin definitely feels better and softer. It was nice to have the spf added in (my moisturiser does too) and it leaves your face without the shine you can get from spf products. A nice matt coverage. The smell was ok, didn't really notice either way. As I have not used another BB cream, I cannot compare to price. Garnier is a brand I trust and I would have been likely to buy one of their products. I did not really like the box it came in (just didn't appeal) and may not have chosen it over another. I would reccomend this to others for summer time on its own (or when you don't need lots of coverage)- and alongside something else for evenings or when you need more coverage. Overall, quite happy, and look forward to the next three weeks and results they claim will happen! Appreciate the opportunity to trial :-)

I have oily/combination skin, so I tried the oil-free BB cream.I found the product to be quite liquidy, this was a good thing though as it applied really smoothy and gave a really great, oil-free coverage. I applied a thin first layer and then applied one more layer which gave the perfect finish. It had a matte finish with a very slight/natural shine (not oily). It doesn't have much of a smell which I was happy with. I found by using this product, I only had to use a very small amount of powder over the top and it gave the desired look. The packaging was simple and overall I am happy with the product, I would purchase this myself. I have spoken to friends about the product who also use it and they are very happy with its coverage.

The product went on nice and smooth and I got good coverage.

In fact while wearing it at work with nothing else on my face except lippy I got rave reviews from one of the girls. She said it evened out my skin tone really well so I am super stoked with that!!

and yes I found it did help with my oily shiney skin which is a big plus.

I would definitely buy this product in the future!!

My skin type is usually very combination/oily and before I tried this I was pretty concerned with the lasting power as I am yet to find a product that will last all day on my face.

One thing I was really intrigued by with this BB cream was it's consistency. With all the BB creams and foundations I had tried before they were quite thick but this one was very watery. But I really liked it, with this thin consistency it made it so easy to buff the product into your skin!

I loved this product because it was super easy to apply! If I was in a rush I could quickly chuck it on and blend out with my hands but I preferred to use a buffing brush which worked perfectly! I would recommend using a beauty blender with this one as it's quite thin so I found for me, that the product went into the sponge.

Coverage for this is really nice, it's quite light so you look like you still have skin but covers all you want it to cover (with a bit of extra concealer). However it is very buildable. I didn't notice any particular fragrance with this product.

For me, as I stated above, I can never keep anything on my face. I put primer on (benefit porefessional) and then put this product on and it lasts me most of the day which is a miracle!

The packaging is incredible. first of all its plastic, so no risk of breaking it and the style of the part where the product comes out means you can definitely get every last but of product out of the tube at the end! Also it's a nice size for travelling as it's nice and thin.

This product definitely left me with a healthy glow as it states, can't say it has reduced any imperfections for me though. Would definitely recommend this for those with oily skin! One thing I would have to put down on this product is their shade range. I'm not too pale and the light was almost too dark for me so just be careful when buying if you are super pale!

I have tried a number of BB creams as I am basically a bit lazy and love the idea of a product that will moisturize, even skin tone and act as a foundation all with one application. However, the one problem for me with some of them is that they are a little too oily and leave a bit of a shine, which I would prefer not to have. Hooray, this new improved Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream for Oily/Combination Skin answers all of this really well. I didn't have any trouble with shine.

I used the product for a full week and really the main problem for me was that I had chosen Light, and I now know I should have chosen Medium as the Light is just a bit too pale for me. However, this did allow me to see that my mid afternoon there really wasn't a lot of cover left. However, that's not bad, and you can always reapply if needed as the thin tube is easy to carry in your handbag.

I have no real need for the SPF protection as I don't go outside much when I am working (which is when I am using it), but I realize that for those to whom this is important, it is an added bonus.

The actual consistency of the product is quite runny, which makes for easy application, but I always seem to make a bit of mess around me when applying it - just requires some caution when opening etc.

All in all, I like this product, and will try it in the Medium shade next time - and there will be a next time as it seems to be good value for money.

I have been using this product for approximately 9 days and i absolutely love it. It gives an awesome coverage like foundation but its not over the top, my skin felt nice and light as if i had just applied a nice moisturizer, not heavy like some foundations. It did not make my skin feel oily at all which i think is the best thing about this product. It is an added bonus that it contains SPF 15 so it's basically contains everything you need in one cream. super easy to apply. Over all i would be happy to purchase this again and trust that it will do what it says. Great value for money.

I have used the standard Garnier BB Cream when it first came out, and it wasn' for me. However the oil-free formula is much better suited to my skin.

The formula is a lot thinner and doesn't feel so think and gunky on my skin. It goes on smoothly and feels like my skin can still breathe.

Sheer coverage, and while not matte, it does reduce the shine on my face. Pleasant light fragrance, so you can barely smell it at all, which is always a bonus.

A good priced product. I may not end up wearing it everyday, but it does feel great and I will definitely use it again.
