Garnier BB Cream - Sensitive Review - Medium

Really like this bb cream more then alot I have tried. Loved the small travel size tube it is in, easy to carry around and also to squeeze contents out. Formula isa coverage without being too oily, thick or runny. Nice tone of color that suited my skin very well and evened out my skin tine reducing red spots,fine lines and uneven skin tones. Would definitely recommend also because of the affordable cost.

It was my first time using a BB cream. I am also not a regular user of foundations or too much of a makeup person (except for eyes and lips). [Age early 40's; Skin type: sensitive (as I don't use full face makeup often); skin: red patches, frekcles/moles, uneven skin tone, dry skin type]. Product: Application - good and easy to apply, smooth coverage. Quantity: Just need very little to cover full face - this is not indicated on the box. You may need a touch up (reapplication) half way through the day to maintain the look, especially around areas of high traffic like mouth, nose. Effect: Gives a lovely even skin tone to the face, highly reduces red blotches, but not fully convinced that it totally hides blemishes. Overall effect is good - skin has a brightness to it. Packaging: Instructions on how to apply and how much to apply need to be more detail or specific, dont assume that everyone moisturises their face. The before/after picture on the box is a bit deceptive in the sense the model does'nt have any blemishes on her skin at all! Her skin looks less than a tad uneven. Overall: I like the product. It is just one cream to use that gives you a 'madeup' look . It reduces the redness of my skin by ~80%. 40% masking on blemishes but doesnt hide them completely.

When i received this product the first thing that I noticed was that the packaging clearly stated what the product was, what it does and the size of the packaging was not deceptive compared to the size of the product. I was impressed with the promised results on the front of the box and looking forward to seeing if I noticed improvements in these areas. One thing I did not like on the packaging was the before and after pic as I personally could see no difference. The packaging also stated that this product is fragrance free, however on opening the BB cream there was a definite fragrance. However this fragrance was light,pleasant and unnoticeable. The cream was thick, creamy and gave a good coverage which helped it last all day. I have tried a sensitive BB cream before, from another brand (Natio) with similar product promises and found that after a couple of hours, as my skin is very dry, my skin would get flaky around my nose and look quite patchy and dull. In complete contrast, however, this product is the miracle cream it states that it is. I found that my skin looked fresh, felt smooth, had no signs of visible dryness, was evenly toned and had a lovely glow to it. I have noticed a general improvement to my skin since using and feel like I have found my can't live without product. The only reason that I gave a 3/5 for the results was that the packaging states that after four weeks use there will be improvement in redness and skintone, but as I have not tried it for four weeks yet I feel that I cannot state that it does improve these things fairly. I am impressed with the improvements that I have noticed so far and would definitely recommend this BB cream (and have done) to anybody with dry and sensitive skin like my own. It is definitely more than worth the very reasonable price.

I enjoyed using this product and would definitely use it again. I liked that it is quite nice and creamy when you squeeze it on to your finger, as it makes it easy to control the amount you are using and doesn't make a mess by dripping everywhere. I also like the feel of it on my skin, although I find that I have to make sure my skin is completely dry, or the cream quickly picks up the moisture and becomes watery and hard to blend in. I think the coverage is good, although I don't find it lasts well on its own. It needs powder on top to get closer to a full day's wear. I tend to use two coats, and let the first coat sink in a bit before putting the second lot on. The packaging is really nice and appealing, and the tube sits nicely on the vanity. Also a great size to pop in your handbag in case you are heading out. Another good this about this is that it is the right size to travel with and you can take it on board a flight for moisturising during the journey. You do need to be careful to wash your hands well after using this as it rubs off onto clothes or any surface easily. I actually prefer the glow that the original Garnier BB cream gives, I also find that the original BB cream is fine on my sensitive skin. This cream has a very slight, but pleasant smell to it, not at all strong. It is supposed to be fragrance free, but you can definitely detect a slight smell when you apply it. I don't feel like this product does what it promises long term (4 weeks stated on the box), to have reduced redness or a more even skin tone, but I do feel like it lives long lasting nourishment and I find my skin is feeling more moisturised even after washing. I don't have that dry feeling quite so quickly as I used to. I think this is a great product (the whole range of Garnier BB Creams), and are well priced and very easily accessible from lots of stores. I would definitely purchase this product again and find it fits in well to our tight budget. Loved it!

I found this BB cream to be perfect for me. It went on really easily and you don't have to use much for each application. Although other reviewers seem to find the coverage too sheer, for me it was good because I don't have big blemishes so one coat was sufficient to cover, while not feeling cakey or clogging pores. As my skin is dry and sensitive, I often avoid products like this as they usually sting or make my skin more dry, but I did not have this problem with this product. I did find however that it does wear off within like 8 hours, which was fine for me but may not be for others who have a long working day etc.

Im not a person that wears makeup at all but have also been a bit slack with moisturiser too. Since I have recieved the product I have been using it every morning and even after one week my face feels a lot smoother. After applying the cream my face feels fresh and I have had a lot of comments from friends and family saying my face looks a lot healther. I'm also happy it doesnt look like my face is caked with foundation which im very happy about. I am 6 months pregnant and had been getting a lot blemishes and imperfections on my face so was a bit resistant about trying something new but am very happy with results. Thanks ill definatly be buying this product again for an easy careful daily beauty routine

My skin normally reacts to most moisturisers leaving me with quite bad breakouts, however using this bb cream reduced the redness of my old scarring after just a few days. A lovely light product to wear all day, giving a good coverage and leaving the skin with a natural healthy glow. I would easily wear this on a every day basis just popping a little powder over if I needed a slightly heavier coverage. Great to have the u.v protection in there. Overall a really nice product.

I found this product very easy to apply with good cover up of blemishes. Very light product that was easy to wear every day. Not one to normally put on makeup but may change with such an easy product and good results.

When I received this I was so happy to try it. It arrived in perfect condition in the box. I opened up the box and the cream itself was in perfect condition too. The BB cream doesn't really have a smell but the smell that I can smell is really nice and you don't notice the smell at all when you put it on your face. I received a medium and it looked nice on my skin tone which is probably olive-fair. I noticed that if I rushed like I had with previous BB creams it would look quite patchy but if you just used your fingers to rub it in it would look fine. I did notice that it appeared a bit orangey on my skin but that didn't bother me very much. The texture of it was very nice it was a bit thicker than previous BB creams I have used but I think it looked a lot smoother than the other ones and it also spread fairly evenly. The coverage lasted all day on my skin which is sensitive and I didn't get any breakouts appearing on my face. I noticed that you didn't need to apply much to cover your face because it provides a lot of coverage with a minimal amount.
