Dolce & Gabbana The One EDP Review

Best perfume. Smells great and it stays. Always get so many compliments when I wear this. Definitely worth the price. But have tried the version in the brown bottle. Smells cheap. Definitely prefer this one. This is my go to when going out.

A lovely oriental floral perfume with a slight powdery/vanilla base. This perfume smells elegant, sensuous and sexy and will draw many compliments as it's not overbearing at all yet still let's everyone know you're in the room. It can easily become a signature scent based on your skin chemistry as it's a soft scent with decent longevity - lasts the whole day on me. As your skin warms up during the day, the soft florals really come shining through. A perfume that I'll always have in my collection.

I must be the only person who doesn't like this fragrance. It's probably because it's a bit musky for me and I find it very cloying. Everytime I smell it I feel a headache coming on. One of my friends wear it and whenever we go anywhere together I have to sit at the other end of the table from her, it's that bad. I actually gave my bottle away (I was gifted it and feel very ungrateful about it) but just couldn't wear it.

I've read through the composition above and can't quite pick out what it is about this fragrance I hate.

This is definitely one of my favourites.

The hint of gold on the bottle is elegant and classy and definitely one of the nicer looking bottles sitting up on my perfume shelf.

It is pricey however, it is worth it IF you use it only for special occasions and not for everyday use, use it sparingly on nights out, or on dates to get the most out of it :)

The smell is divine! It is very hard to describe the actual fragrance, but it feels/smells warm, classy, romantic, cosy and sweet with musky undertones.

The perfume lasts well, a little goes a long way with this one, one squirt should last you the night, don't use too much as it can be overpowering!

It almost has a timeless vintage feel to it, I definitely recommend this to everyone :)

This is one of my favourite perfumes. When ever I run out I always replace this. The sent lasts for a really long time on me and I always get compliments on how nice it is. Defiantly a great every day sweet floral scent. I would have been using this for well over 5 or 6 years now and as I said above I always replace it. Over time the price has come down too which makes it a gorgeous everyday scent without breaking the bank. I started using this after I just happened to pick it up and try it in a department store one day and I haven't looked back. The bottle is simple and classy and not too bulky which is great for travelling. I highly recommend this fragrance.
