I've been using mine on and off for about 6 months. I've even purchased some as gifts for friends. These are cheap enough on the pocket to buy a few at a time.
The pen is double ended. One has the brush and the other the angled flat shaped pencil. I like how it's shaped as its easy to get in close to the brows at the top and bottom lines. When you draw with this it doesn't go all dark and OMG that looks bad, it's a easy gradual build up.
The colour I belive is more neutral to others I have. I think a fair haired person could use it easy. Not sure about white blonde brows though. Might be to dark.
It has really good staying power yet is easy to wash off. It's not a waxy formula. I say this as another one I have is waxy and helps stick the fly aways down.
As the pencil bit is tapered flat, you can turn on the side for a skinnier line. For me I have thick brows so it helps fill them in quickly when held upright.
Yes I'd buy this again when doing a online order
I threw this into my cart to meet a free shipping threshold and I am glad I did. It is very good for how cheap it is, and like all Etude House products long lasting with a nice consistency, and good pigmentation. While not the best eyeliner I have ever used, it is a good starter one.
Tips: Use an oil based makeup cleanser for easier removal.
