I had this in a pink shade (I can't seem to find it on their website anymore). It lacked pigment which made it really hard to get onto a brush, I ended up trying to apply it to my cheek bones with my fingers then blend with a brush. I barely noticed any highlighting effect at all and the powder would set and cake by the end of the day. Would definitely not recommend or repurchase. ELF makes some great products but unfortunately this isn't one of them.

I have this in the moonlight pearls colour. Personally I dont rate this very highly. I have tried it wet and dry but still find it hard to get a good amount of product on my brush and it doesnt give me the effect I want. Maybe I am just not using it right? I dont know. I bought it from iherb as I was looking for a cheap highlighter to try. I wont be repurchasing this in the future.
I don't really like this product, for the price it is alright but i find it too glittery and it's easy to put too much product on. It is also hard to use with a brush. I will not be buying this product again even though it is super cheap.
I have this highlighter in moonlight pearl. I find it very similar to the Elf baked bronzer in that I struggle to pick it up with a brush. It is definitely pigmented when I pick it up with my finger, but my brush only seems to pick up a minimal amount due to the baked texture. Having said that, one doesn't want to pick up too much highlighter anyway! The colour itself is a beautiful pearl and looks lovely on the cheekbones. Because of its low price point, I would repurchase this for a powder highlighter.
Tips: Looks great on the cheeks when you're wearing red lippy!
Bought this because I was wanting a nice yellow toned highlighter. Was totally impressed with the swatch on my finger. Beautiful tone to the highlighter. But, when I went to swipe my highlighter brush over the pan it picked up no product whats so ever, so I tried with 2 other highlighter brushes, xobeauty's one and real techniques and still no product on the brush. Eventually had to use a buffering brush to get any product on my face. This product is far to baked to get any payoff at all. I ended up smashing up the entire highlighter and transferring it to a pot and it works much better.
Tips: Smash up the product rather than leaving it in the pan. :)
I heard so many people rave about this highlighter, saying it was a very pigmented dupe for high end highlighters. However when I tried it I was really disappointed - it swatched terribly, hardly any pigment came off on my finger no matter how much I rubbed it.
I looked into more reviews online and a lot of people said they had to scrape off the top layer to get a good amount of pigment, so I tried that and it was a bit better. Although, I don't think you should have to waste product by scraping it to make it work the way it should.
Maybe this would work nice as a subtle glow if you're into that, but for me I like something that shows up a lot more than this did. It's definitely not bad, but I would choose other things over this.
Tips: Scrape the top layer off to get pigment.
Im a serious elf lover but this product is yet to grow on me , arrived with my elf haul from Iherb was approx $3.00
the packaging is simple very cheap looking but it does that trick, i would of liked a mirror on the lid ? but for $3.00 who can complain much !
i found this product really nice the colours beautiful and girly ( I love pinks !)
I found this abit hard to blend though ! maybe it doesnt work with my foundation but it just looked abit tacky ! i will still keep using it and trying it in different ways to make it work !
love the color and the nice amount of shimmer, the only thing that i don't like is how you need to have quite a lot on your brush to be able to see it on you face
Tips: use a kabuki
For a beginners highlighter, this one is good! I really enjoy the light glow that it brings and its really buildable! I love the shade moonlight pearls as is gives a really subtle glow to my cheekbones and I also put it on my cupids bow too!
Everyone raves about these highlighters, and I'd seen multiple references to the fact that the shade Blush Gems is a dupe for MAC's Soft & Gentle highlighter. I'd never invest in Soft & Gentle as it's quite a bronzey highlight, which is a bit too dark for my fair skin, but I was keen to pick up this cheap dupe for the occasional time that I'd be fake tanned and want to play with a bronzed highlight.
The packaging looks rather cheap, as expected for the price, but it feels pretty sturdy. The swirled baked golden powder looked pretty in the pan, but when I swatched it, it felt super hard and gritty, barely any product came off on to my finger. No matter how much I swatched it, or which brush I used, barely anything other than a few bits of glitter would be picked up.
I do wonder whether I got a bad batch, or perhaps an old powder, as most reviews talk about how silky the powder is. I've since seen someone recommend scraping off the top layer if it's hard and gritty, which I didn't even think of (doh!), and I've already gotten rid of this product, so I will never know! But based on my experience, I can't recommend this highlighter.
Tips: If you do have this, and it's just not working for you, try scraping off the top layer (like I wish I had!).
