This primer has a very smooth and silicon-y finish and helps your eye shadows stay on for a fair amount of time. However I wouldn't consider it long wearing and I prefer other primers to this. It also doesn't color correct your eyelids or make your eye shadows appear vibrant.
This is a nice primer for everyday neutral looks (although it wont last 8 hours) but not my favorite primer of all time.
As a brand I love Australis and this was the first product I found to be just 'so so.' I had high hopes for this as I was told it was comparable to Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion. Its definately not, it's a very light product that does settle into the skin well but I did find my shadows still creased and I haven't had this issue with any other eyeshadow primer
Like the title says this product did the job for me, but nothing too outrageously exciting that I would rush out and repurchase when I run out! One problem is that it can make my eyelids feel more oily than they already are, which for me was a reason I wanted to purchase an eyeshadow primer! Fortunately it did make my eyeshadow last a bit longer than usual, but nothing to rave about unfortunately!
I still have this product but i stopped using it, it didn't keep my eyeshadow on for very long, also it felt really oily when i put it on my lid? Its not so bad.. But there is way better primers out there, probably wont get this product again,
To be honest I only brought this product for a fancy dress I was going too and needed my eye shadow to stay on for a long period of time. This product isnt anything to rave about. Like the title its an okay eye shadow primer. I bought it on a whim as I kept on hearing a lot about eyeshadow primers. The formula is a bit oily for my already oily lids! But otherwise makes the eye-shadows last somewhat longer than it would without primer. But nothing to get excited about. I am wearing it to use it up as I hate wasting products. Wont be repurchasing.
I got this primer as a free gift when Ipurchased an australis eye shadow. This product worked okay. It primed my eyes for eyeshadow but no better than what any other face primer would have. It did seem to make my eyeshadow last slightly longer and I will use this until it runs out but I probably wouldn't repurchase.
This product was average at best. On a very hot day it helps to slow down eyeshadow disappearing, but at the end of the day, I would still find that my eyeshadow is gone. It doesn't take long until my product was empty, I barely used it for a few months before it ran out, and the packaging meant I wasn't able to tell until it ran out. It's easy to apply, but you can't use it for any complicated eyeshadow looks with multiple colours because it doesn't blend out, or allow colours to blend with each other.

This was the first eye primer that I ever bought, so I didn't really know what to expect. My eyelids tend to crease throughout the day and my eye shadow likes to just disappear on its own, so I was really hoping this would work. It wasn't amazing. I feel like it only made a slight difference in how long my eyeshadow stayed on for. There was still a little bit of creasing (damn oily eyelids!). I'm not sure if I would repurchase this as using a concealer does the same as what this did, but I will definitely keep using this until the tube runs out :-)
